Wonderful hotel - location, staff, amenities. This was our second time at the hotel and its hard to imagine staying somewhere else.

The best girls weekend! We were the first guests to arrive for the season and every single member of the staff made us feel special and welcome. Everyone was super accommodating and helpful, and complete with the perfect recommendations. The room was perfect and we came back early each night to hang out in it. Amazing time and I can't recommend this spot enough!!

The Nantucket Hotel is amazing! My husband and I both live on Nantucket year-round and stay at the hotel on a regular basis for “staycations.” The staff is very friendly and the Breeze restaurant is always a wonderful dining experience. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. We were free with an ice cold bucket of Prosecco, a box of Nantucket chocolate covered cranberries and a personalized greeting note card. We always enjoy our stay and highly recommended The Nantucket Hotel to all our friends and family.

This was our 3rd stay at the hotel. We have only visited in late December as it is quieter on the island. The staff was exceptional from the shuttle drivers to and from the ferry, the front desk staff, the shuttle driver to and from an off site dinner and breakfast servers. We were treated to a welcome bottle of Prosecco and cheese plate in our room upon arrival. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We used the sauna, hot tub and massage services in the gym/spa area. We will be back

Stayed for Christmas Stroll weekend. Wonderful staff made our stay so enjoyable. Beautiful room with fabulous bathroom, breakfast included each morning , evening drinks and live music on the front porch. Easy walk to town and shuttle provided to ferry as well as to Ciscos. Husband thought the fitness room was top notch. Would love to stay again in warmer months.

Spectacular hotel from the location, ambiance, staff and facilities. Each individual staff member greeted me and my party each and every time we crossed paths. Nantucket hotel is a MUST STAY. Great gym and the Breeze restaurant had the best scallops every......new large TVs in the guest room let's you use NetFlix, Disney+, and a host of other APPs, best system I have ever seen.

I've actually never written a hotel review but it's definitely warranted for this recent stay. We have just spent 2 nights at the Nantucket Hotel & Resort for the first time and, aside from the hotel being lovely, welcoming and totally comfortable, it was the people who made the real difference and whom I wish to acknowledge. Starting with Fulya who went above and beyond to give us a room, which included an upgrade, that ticked all of our boxes and was a perfect option for our family. She was amazing! Then to Nicole at the front desk who anticipated our needs and was helpful and lovely to work with. Michael shuttled us to and from the ferry, was available whenever needed and even took our family photos on the front steps- always with a smile! And the concierge Kate was so hospitable and simply the nicest person whom our family spent a good bit of time sharing memories with about Nantucket over the many years we've traveled to this unique island...and we even got married there! Our stay was during the lull between Thanksgiving weekend and the Xmas Stroll, but I have a feeling we would have got this attention and service anyway. It is a special environment. We will be back!

The staff of the Nantucket Hotel and Resort from Bellman , to the Concierge to the Dining Room was friendly, efficient and catered to your every need with a smile. The accommodations were just what you hoped for. If you are looking for luxury without stuffiness, then this is the place for you. I hope to return soon.

Very nice rooms with a great staff! Great location with easy access into town and all sites. Would highly recommend for a family trip or a special event! On top of that October was the perfect weather to enjoy Nantucket.
