首先，這個酒店大部分房間沒有窗是假窗，不通風的。衞生間反味嚴重，關着衞生間門還有很大的味兒。得開着房間門透氣。所謂有窗，就是房間牆壁外面還有一層牆，可以打開窗，但是不通風。這是硬件問題。説下服務，訂的是帶早餐的，入住時忘記給餐券，餐廳裏兩個服務人員，手機聲開的很大，男服務員還葛優躺吃蘋果，沒有基本培訓。離店開票時説訂單線下截流，反過來問我應該開多少錢？差勁！

垃圾，説是有窗的房間，實際對面就是隔壁房間的牆，裝了個玻璃，在牆上畫個畫，再裝個燈就算是有窗了，實際上就是個完全封閉的房間，根本不通風不透氣。衞生和環境差的要死，電梯裏電線都是外露的，電線頭都是裸露的，還在連着燈，嚇我一跳。
