Overall good service with freebies of can drinks and snacks in the room. .
Love the toilette of verbena fresh smell, we enjoyed ourselves with the free drinks and refreshments at the lobby too
Would like more travel information like street foods and attractions surrounding the hotel to be provided
Friendly staffs around the hotel from front desks to the cleaning ladies

Location and service of the hotel is good . It is a short walk to XinJie ,the main shopping area. The problem with this hotel is the room itself. The wardrobe and toilet lights cannot be turn off unless you switch off the main switch which is on the other side of the bed. So you either sleep with some lights on or you have to fumble your way in the dark.

The location is perfect and safe!
A bit lacking on amenities due to configuration of laundry room and gym on top floor.
Overall good experience and worth staying again next time.

Fantastic hotel that pays attention to detail. Just not so close to the metro. Love the comfy bed, smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer to comfy bathrobe and slippers, and Nespresso machine. Breakfast was varied and yummy too. Will stay again.

We arrived at 3 pm for check in but our room was not ready. So we left our luggage and returned a few hours later. To compensate the hotel provided free breakfast and free afternoon coffee and cake for our entire stay. Good service.Good recommendation for dinner.

The front desk and the room cleaner are very helpful and friendly. The room cleaner even topup extra bottles of water and coffee capsules for me everyday as she knows we drink a lot and love coffees. There are 2 washer and 2 dryers on the top floor which can be used for free by hotel guests. However, be prepared for some queues especially early in the morning and late night. The hotel is using smart voice control device to control the lights, curtains and etc which is very techy. Everything else was good for me. Will possibly stay here again on my next trip to Nanjing.
