Nanjing | Jiayue·Yinhu Hotel^ is located in Jiangning University Town, next to Nanjing Institute of Technology, and the scenery is invincible! [Yeah] The reception at the hotel's front desk was very welcoming, and they also gave away free Starbucks coffee (there is a Starbucks coffee shop in the hotel). Free snacks and milk were also provided in the room, which was also very considerate! [Strong] My husband spoke highly of the mineral water provided in the room. He said the water was of very good quality, but I couldn’t drink it anyway [呲呲]. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also quite satisfactory and not expensive, so it's pretty good! You can also have breakfast outside in the restaurant, enjoy the breeze and look at the scenery, the air is so good! There is a school cafeteria not far away. If you have the chance, you can try it and experience school life [laughing] The last thing I must tell you is that the room rates in this hotel are really not expensive outside of weekends and holidays.

Let’s talk about the day of check-in. In the restaurant on the second floor, there was water on the ground when the child entered. The child suddenly slipped and fell on the back of his head. He cried for a long time! No staff came to take a look! The next morning when I went to eat, I almost slipped when I went in with my baby in my arms! There is water on the ground again! ! ! Still no staff showed up to comfort me! My parents and I were too lazy to argue with the staff and ruin my parents' mood! On the day of check-in, the children were about to take a nap at around three o'clock in the afternoon. I took the four pillows away from the bed, and there was a long yellow hair under the pillow. I have short hair, let alone the children and my husband... If the children hadn't been making trouble at that time I'm really going to explode every minute when I want to sleep. What kind of hotel is this? ! You can only take out the bath towel for the child and spread it out for him to sleep on. Later, my husband comforted me and said forget it. I was really speechless. If I hadn't considered the mood of my parents and children, I would really have had a good fit at the front desk! It’s so rubbish….

首先服務非常好，前台接待的小姐姐李勤和小韓一直是笑臉相迎，訂的3間房也儘量給安排在一起。第二天早上長者發燒急忙去醫院，來不及回去退房，小姐姐也給溝通延長了退房時間，非常暖心，其他服務人員有問題也都能及時響應。房間很寬敞，設施也都很新，衞生也很乾凈。 唯一就是位置離市區遠，周圍設施不太方便，不過我們是開車來的，為了方便開車和停車才選的離市區較遠的這家酒店，門口就能停車，很方便。不過我定的三間房都是山景房，沒看見山景呢…

房間乾淨，整體也算安靜，環境還不錯，還送了一袋子小零食，除了離市中心有點遠其他都很好。小鐘和佳佳服務很好，謝謝。

酒店座落校園旁，面朝天印湖，遠眺方山，環境優美，房間設施齊全舒適。前台小韓服務熱情周到，有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店各方面都不錯，早餐很滿意。就是房間不是很隔音，還需改進！
