Clean room with comfortable slippers provided. Wheelchair available to borrow and use within the hotel area, otherwise its challenging for elderly to walk around without wheelchair. Nice garden with flowers blossom

I paid the room fee for 2 nights at the front desk in one go and stayed for 2 days.
The room card can never open the room door, and I have to renew the room card every time I go back to the room.
The front desk gave me a coffee coupon, and the coffee machine was under repair for 2 consecutive days.
I communicated with the service desk to send slippers, and they were sent for 4 hours.
The teapot in the room was used for tea, but no one cleaned it.
