Satisfied, satisfied, super satisfied. Quiet and comfortable. The boss was warm-hearted and made us breakfast, which was super delicious😋. The tea is delicious and the fruits are delicious. Anyway, I highly recommend it 👍

The landlady is very enthusiastic, the service is very good and considerate. The landlady also upgraded our room for free, helped us carry our luggage, made us tea, gave us fruits and snacks, and chatted with us. After we went out to eat, we came back to the store and they made us tea. When we set out the next morning, the landlady also prepared breakfast for us. This was not included in the room rate and was given free of charge. Thank you very much, very attentive. The room was in very clean condition, much better than I expected. In a tourist area, in a house with this kind of history, and at such a cheap price, I really can’t say anything bad about it. I hope the boss and his wife have a prosperous business and good health.

The landlady was very kind and invited us to have tea and chat. She also recommended travel guides that locals know. If you have any needs, they will be provided immediately, just like a family member. The earth building is also decorated in the original ecological style. Experienced the authentic Tulou life The price/performance ratio is very high. Apart from the inconvenient transportation, I am really satisfied with it. It is recommended to travel by car.

The service is very good, the sanitation facilities are so-so, and the sound insulation effect is very poor, but I guess all earth buildings are like this, so just feel it, hahaha.

This is the best experience of tulou (traditional dwellings) that you can do in the area - the tourist sites (Tianluokeng for example) are very busy during this season (National Day holidays) and the information on how to get there in buses are rare and not very explicit. So the cottage is very cute, the rooms are less well decorated but comfortable, functional and clean. The two sons, the youngest of whom speaks a little English, picked me up (for a fee) from Nanjing train station since there was no public transportation and the location is far from other cities (Zhangzhou). I stayed two nights and recommend dinner once. The breakfast is also plentiful. The hosts are very welcoming. I really enjoyed spending time in this gîte, with the little table where you can drink tea at any time of the day. You absolutely must visit Taxia at night, it’s idyllic! And in the morning, you can walk to the top of the hill, it’s very beautiful, very green.
