It was a great experience. Fortunately, I made an appointment online in advance, otherwise there would be a lot of people on weekends. It was worth my long wait. It was really good. In fact, what surprised me most about this store was the service. Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. It really puts customers first. The staff has a good service attitude, is polite and courteous, and can't find any faults. Come and give it five stars

The service in the hotel is good, people greet me wherever I go! The room is hygienic, neat and clean! The breakfast is rich and delicious, and there is also Nanchang's local specialty mixed noodles, which tastes very authentic! You can see Tengwang Pavilion from the room, and walk a few hundred meters to the Wanshou Palace, an internet celebrity attraction!

The hotel is very close to the south gate of Tengwang Pavilion. However, at night, the traffic police temporarily closed the road. We saw that the hotel was close, but the car just couldn't drive through. We went around three times and made four calls to the front desk before we figured out that the hotel had no parking lot. The car should be parked in the p2 parking lot at the south gate of Tengwang Pavilion, and then walk 200 meters to the hotel. Tengwang Pavilion is so beautiful at night. The Ganjiang River opposite looks like Victoria Harbor. And in the winter of January, the weather in Nanchang is so comfortable. It's not cold at all. I really recommend friends from the north to come and play. It's really tiring and too pit. I hope my comments can help tourists who drive behind. The only good thing is that the parking lot in the Tengwang Pavilion scenic area is not expensive. We parked for more than 13 hours and finally paid 18 yuan. This is really conscientious. The hotel's double bed room is relatively small, and the family room is quite large. The pillows and beds are relatively comfortable. But the projector can't be seen. The hotel is being renovated downstairs, but because it is in the scenic area, there are not many people in the morning and it is not very noisy. The hotel's Xiaodu is quite smart. The toilet is also Xiaoai's. The only thing I can complain about is the hotel's breakfast. There are not many types of food, and there are not many seats for breakfast. During the peak meal time, there are no seats, and the meal supplement is not timely.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

Not bad, took the kids to experience the high-speed train sleeper travel, the time was a bit early, so I had to find a hotel close to Nanchang West Station But it's still a bit far to walk there We took a taxi very quickly The environment is good overall, the staff is very considerate and professional Booked a twin room, but only the one near the high-speed train station was too noisy So I had to change to a king-size bed room Originally they said they couldn't refund the price difference The platform booking price was 76 yuan different Later they negotiated and refunded 50 yuan

This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.
