Room was big enough and clean. View of the room was very good. Front desk staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. I liked the surrounding very much. You could get to the main road after a 15 minute walk. One thing was that when we wanted to use the swimming pool they said it’s not ready yet but we saw photos of it in their ad. All in all I was satisfied with it.

設施：沒有投屏，電視沒有聯網衹能看衞星電視。沒有送餐機器人，點外賣必須要自己到樓下拿。
衞生：衞生還可以，洗澡間有一點點異味
環境：環境不錯，酒店大堂風景不錯
服務：有晚上送牛奶的服務，前台態度很好很温柔。

五星酒店服務太差勁，進去辦理入住服務員好像欠她錢硬邦邦的，問啥啥不行懟人第一名，可能這個服務員是老闆親戚吧。衞生間還是老式馬桶，一放蓋就嘭的一聲，跟住招待所一樣。朋友晚上用電吹風起火了，打電話給前台説情況，居然還説是她弄壞的，拜託動點腦子好吧，你們這東西老化起火不但不道歉反而甩鍋，讓人怎麼想。以後不會再住這家酒店，太**了。

我要投訴4月30日早上在吃早餐的1樓餐廳上班那個微胖的女工作人員。簡單描述下：早上我婆婆帶兩個小孩下樓吃早餐，小的身高是在118.5cm，但是餐廳那量了説超過120cm要收半價，我們頭一天去星際樂園量過根本沒超120cm，既然你們説超了那我們就付錢，我婆婆説房間按金里扣，因為裏面有400多元的按金，足夠付款一個小童價64元，但是那位女工作人員非要我們付現金，這是什麼規定？我剛下樓就看到在那跟我婆婆吵架，就是那個嘴不停的在説，這是你該服務的態度嗎？！嚇得我孩子説不吃了，還以為自己犯了什麼錯誤！這事我退房的時候到前台説，旁邊有兩個帶團的領隊聽到也説昨天早上那個女的也跟他們吵，還説那女的是經理，這種人怎麼當上的經理，經理就了不起能跟客人吵架了？讓我們花四五千塊錢買罪受嗎？！前台小姑娘顯然做不了主，給了我兩個娃娃，我讓她喊經理也沒喊。反正我此生再不會住這酒店！一個人把整個酒店的格局都拉低了！也給準備要去住的客人提個醒。
