Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

I was very satisfied with this trip. The front desk service attitude was very good and upgraded the room for free. The hotel environment was very good, very clean and atmospheric. They were very patient in leading us to pick up the express. Hot milk was also delivered to the room. They were very considerate and caring for customers, trying their best to meet all the needs of customers. The breakfast was rich and delicious. After breakfast, the lady also gave me a souvenir. The service attitude was particularly good. I highly recommend it!

The main entrance is inspiring. Front desk was extremely helpful. As I would’ve expected from Shangri-La the room was exceptional. The view was wonderful picture of the river. I was disappointed with the Chinese restaurant second floor, where we ate dinner and I was also disappointed with breakfast offering at the Horizon club on the 32nd floor. Dinner early they were out of seven dishes that we selected they were still on the menu to choose from incomprehensible. At breakfast the staff at the Horizon club was very attentive, however, the food selection was sparse, and while quite fresh, was less than expected. Hotel 5 Stars. Restaurants 3 stars. Hotel staff and restaurant staff 5 stars

The room was very nice, with a great view on the 21st floor. It was very clean and very close to Bayi Square. It only took a short ride on a shared electric bike to get there. The hotel's internet celebrity check-in spots were also very nice. The overall experience was very good. The lady at the front desk was also very nice and let us check in early!
