I couldn't find the service staff when I arrived at 6:40 in the evening. Fortunately, I met a very enthusiastic guest who helped call to solve the problem. It is recommended that if there are still passengers who have not checked in, they should leave a Line to contact them after get off work to avoid panic.

The room is so comfortable and clean. There is no need to go through the check-in procedure when checking in. You can enter and exit the building and the room as long as you enter the password. However, we did not receive any email notification about the building password on the day we checked in, and we could not contact the building staff at that time. It took us a long time to wait for other residents to enter the building before we could proceed (but it was already 11:00 at night). After finding and communicating with the staff in the first round, they said that the hotel did not have our email address and contact number, so they could not give us the password information🙈. Please pay more attention next time you check in
