After staying in this hotel, there are advantages and disadvantages for me. Let’s talk about the advantages first: the environment is good, the room is really clean and comfortable, there is a simple kitchen attached where you can buy ingredients to cook yourself, and there is also a washing machine and dryer that you can use. Disadvantages: This is my first time booking a hotel with no one checking in. I wanted to give it a try, but! The check-in process was very unpleasant. First of all, the hotel did not send me the door password letter correctly, causing me to be stuck outside the door and unable to get in without help. Secondly, the solution provided by the hotel was to contact customer service by phone and no other methods such as line etc. Wait, it’s super inconvenient for me to use an eSIM card when I go abroad, because in the end I can only use my international roaming number to dial customer service, and it’s just for a 4-digit password for the gate. It’s really inconvenient. It's a waste of money. I hope the hotel can think about how to improve this problem to avoid affecting the guests' mood during their stay.

There were cooking utensils, but there weren't enough chopsticks for the number of people. It would have been nice if there was a washbasin in the bathroom as well.
