Worst service staff I’ve ever encountered in Japan(no intention to help, cold tone, refuse to take any responsibility), very bad planning resort, leaving their customers to no choice of dinner on an isolated island in the rain. (Despite advertising multiple restaurants and guaranteed fun and relaxation, during check in, the staff said ALL are unavailable. Eating instant noodle for a by right birthday celebration.) No shelter. Inconvenient. Dog poops on the walkway. The so called sea view is like looking at Malaysia industrial site from Senoko area. The “hotel room” is like a huge container block, any tiny sound is enlarged and loud in the whole block. This is the first time I feel like checking out during checking in. If you’re only providing a campsite service, you shouldn’t have called yourself or listed yourself at hotel or resort page.

Like a little club med in Nagasaki. Excellent dinner and breakfast and lots of activities and great onsens. I would recommend for families.

This hotel is a resort on Iojima Island. Recommended only if you’re driving. Quite a distance from the city area. Facilities are good with play for kids.

The hotel is situated in an extended portion in a corner lot of the I-land. Many resort facilities. We enjoyed the area very much. Our room has a great view of the sea. The only shortcoming was the food was just average and minimum. It was also slow in serving - took 2 hours to serve 6 dishes! Overall, I gave 70 marks for its overall score.

Nice resort we even visited. Resort occupied nearly 60% area of Lojima. 3 onsen areas offer without extra charges. Worth to spend whole day in the resort, dinner is recommended as well. And of course, staffs are friendly and helpful, higher than normal Japanese standard. We must book again when we going to Nagasaki Only one drawback is light show at night, too expensive and nothing special for us.

Perfect facilities for families with children! They have very nice spa and onsen facilities, beach and kids playground, will stay here again!

It's been 6 months since my last trip♪ I went to the observation deck that I couldn't go to last time, but unfortunately I couldn't see the horizon because of the yellow sand, even though the weather was good😢 However, the tea leaves at the Cape Cafe were amazing! I had booked a Japanese course dinner for both days, but BBQ has started this month, so I asked if I could change the second day to BBQ, and they readily agreed at no extra charge, and I had a fun meal. The meat was a mix of beef, pork, and chicken, as well as abalone and ajillo, and the side menu included all-you-can-drink soft drinks, curry, and soft serve ice cream. I was satisfied! I'll upload a flyer. The hard bread for breakfast was very delicious, and I had the Terrace Diner Western food on both days, and bought some bread to go home. I'll upload a photo of this too! I hope it will be helpful. Minato Hotel has three types of bedrock baths, but the rock salt and silica are good. I've been there many times. The weather was good for the pool, so it felt nice to be outside this time. We got around by tuk-tuk, which gave us a foreign feel and made us enjoy an extraordinary experience. Lastly, the front desk staff who we had dealt with before remembered us and we had a great conversation, which made me very happy. I felt a warmth that I don't get at other hotels. The room is very large and spacious, and the facilities are very complete. There are free shuttle buses and bicycles on the island. Breakfast and dinner are also very rich, and there are swimming pools and hot springs to enjoy. It is very suitable for a vacation in Nagasaki.

This time I came to Island Nagasaki for 3 days and 2 nights. I stayed at Minato Hotel, went to Island Lumina, Buggy, Minato Cafe, and Tuk Tuk. There are also 3 hot springs, 2 rock baths, and 1 pool. All guests were admitted free of charge. It was convenient as there are frequent shuttle buses. I thought this resort was a good place to come with family or lovers. What I felt was the most wonderful thing was the food. The first five hors d'oeuvres, Tamatebako with sashimi, Wagyu steak, hot pot, rice porridge to finish, and dessert were all delicious and filling. I would like to come again.

The seaside resort is very big. There are not many foreign guests. I stayed there for two days and one night and all I heard was Japanese. 1⃣Guests can enjoy the unparalleled sea view of "Iojima" without any blind spots. There are three hotels on the island. You need to know which hotel you want to stay in because they are quite far apart. There is a free shuttle bus between the hotels, which runs every 10 minutes. 2⃣You can enjoy the hot springs, large baths, and rock baths in the three stores for free; the leisure room is very large, and there are a lot of Japanese comics to read, the environment is comfortable and freehand, and you can also occupy an independent cabin; the spa theme park is not as big as expected , divided into indoor and outdoor areas, more suitable for children. There is no big swimming pool, so my daughter is not interested. 3⃣5 cafes are free for guests to enjoy. When visiting the cafe, you can drink several sodas and play game consoles. My favorite is Hong Kong cafe, where you can grind beans and make coffee by yourself; Cape cafe, where you can make tea by yourself and the scenery is beautiful; others There's no time to go 4⃣"ISLAND LUMINA" lights up the night walk. The approximately 40-minute forest walk incorporates sound effects, music and animation projections, and is an experience that stimulates the senses everywhere! This is the first time I have had this experience and it is worth playing. 5⃣ You can ride the bicycle as much as you want, there is no need to rent or return it. My daughter and I use 🚲 to travel between the three restaurants. 6⃣The hot springs, free cafe, and bicycles can be used before check-in and after check-out, super Buddha-hearted! 7⃣ Be sure to prepare a full 2 ​​days for a vacation 8️⃣I booked a dog room. The room is very spacious and can open several suitcases flatly. I didn’t know there was a barbecue in the room, otherwise I would have bought meat to cook. The sunrise in the morning is beautiful, and the sea view is worth it!

The facility was really clean and I was impressed from beginning to end. I only stayed for one night and two days, but I liked it so much that I wanted to stay there for one week every month.

Nagasaki Ioujimaen I+land hotel includes a total of three parks, each with its own characteristics, suitable for the whole family to visit! Don’t expect too much from the food quality, but it is really better because there are many memorable facilities. This time I came in winter and experienced different hot springs and rock baths. The hotel also provides free bicycles, allowing you to be free. Traveling through the three parks to enjoy different facilities, our family had a great time and had endless aftertaste👍🏼

I stayed for 2 days and 1 night, but I was able to take a bath before checking in, and the room was very clean and had a great view, so I was able to relax. The rice was also delicious. The breakfast bread was so delicious! Next time I want to bring my dog ​​with me too!
