Everything from food, comfiness, service, cleanliness, location to attentiveness to customers' request are good. Only thing I could think of was the water temperature. There is not warm/ lukewarm water temperature. It is either or hot. There is no in-between. I stayed in room 414. Water temperature was the same across the bathtub and shower. Other than that, all is great.

I have stayed at this hotel for the fourth or fifth time. It is very suitable for children. The location and private beach are very good, clean and hygienic. The only drawback is that 6-year-old children need to pay for breakfast. Anyway, we will definitely stay here next time. The children love it very much to live here.

It’s a cozy hotel located in Jomtien Beach, 120-150 metre walk to the beach. The overall was good. Room was nice and well equipped for 2 persons. There is a kitchenette in the room. If you’re looking for a place to escape from Bangkok in the weekend. This hotel might be a good choice. However, the restaurant (8th floor) was quite small. You have to wait in a queue for your breakfast especially if it is Saturday and Sunday. Parking lot was okay but please check availability with the receptionist before you make a reservation especially during the peak season/long weekend. The check in and check out time was not suitable for the guest. You will be able to check in at 15.00, while the check out time is 11.00 a.m. I personally think that the hotel should follow a standard time (14.00 check-in & 12.00 check out). Overall, it might suitable for someone who is looking for a cozy hotel that located near the beach. However, based on the overall service and experiences compared with the price, I will consider to book another hotel rather than revisit.

Unfortunately the staff at this B2 hotel were very rude and snickering as I needed hot water for my medication and they could not provide me with any hot water until I stood there and insisted. This is such a small request and became very quickly difficult for no reason. I finally got a dirty plastic cup of hot water. I have been travelling in Thailand and Asia for years. I do not usually write these kind of reviews. I feel if employees do not enjoy there job they should change fields. Also the toilet was leaking constantly and some droppings outside my door.

I took my family to stay for a long holiday. Impressed by the sea view room, very beautiful, good atmosphere. The service of the staff is good. and the food is very delicious There are a lot of swimming pools, the children like them very much. There is definitely a chance to go back and stay again.

This hotel and its staff surpassed all expectations, and my parents truly relished their stay. Contrary to the negative comments, I found the staff at MASON PATTYA to be exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. They displayed a high level of training, responsibility, and were available 24/7 to cater to my needs during my stay. Their dedication and service alleviated my concerns about providing my parents with a perfect trip. I can confidently say that the hotel and its staff are truly great. My family and I really appreciated for the outstanding service provided by three members of the hotel staff: Joe, Far and Bell. Their dedication, professionalism, and attention to detail have truly made my stay at your hotel a memorable experience. Additionally, the cleanliness in the villa was not an issue during my visit. It was well-maintained and provided a comfortable environment . The hotel offered a varied breakfast selection during my stay, and the quality of the food was satisfactory. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I do acknowledge that there was a lack of activities at the hotel during weekends, which could be an area for improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.

The Renaissance Hotel Pattaya is a luxurious haven nestled along Thailand's stunning coastline. From the moment I stepped into its grand lobby, I was captivated by the elegant ambiance and impeccable service. The rooms, adorned with modern decor and breathtaking landscape views, provided a serene escape. The hotel's amenities, including the infinity pool overlooking the sea, were nothing short of exceptional.

Great location for families with young children! Straight from the tollway and away from the city center traffic. Lovely private beach with swimming pools. There’s also a restaurant and bar right next to the pool which allows even more family time. The hotel size is ideal for us as we travel with a toddler and a baby. Everything is fast and convenient. No need to walk miles and miles from one area to another. Food is great, especially Thai food. We were impressed by the proper pizza oven as well. Prices are reasonable. However, our suggestion regarding food is that the hotel should upgrade the sausages . It was pretty disappointing to not have certain quality of food provided during breakfast from a 5-star hotel. Another thing was the pillows. They all were way too big and high. We ended up not using them unfortunately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back!

It is a small but clean hotel, the color of the room and comfortable furniture, the balcony next to the sea. The hotel is next to Pricha Seafood Restaurant. All lovely staff Breakfast is a buffet style, but you have to choose the time to come down to eat because the restaurant is quite limited. Food options may not be many, but it is considered ok. Coffee is Fresh coffee, staff press from fresh uniforms. Traveling is suitable for people with private cars because the hotel is quite far from the city. If coming by bus, it may be inconvenient, but you can charter a minibus to deliver. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, bring this place another option in Pattaya.

”Fantastic hotel” Once you have left the large car park or drop off point outside the hotel you experienced the breath taking reception area, this leads nicely to the open area where the first of 2 swimming pools appear, the first pool is overlooked by the nicely presented rooms, this then leads to another swimming pool which then leads directly onto the lovely clean private beach. The hotel caters for everyone from family to couples with or without children. The restaurant provides a variety of food for people from most nations of the world, there is also a poolside bar which serves a good selection of food at a reasonable price. We found that all the staff from reception, house keeping and pool staff were all so very friendly and helpful. We initially booked for 5 days but increased that to 7 which reflected how pleased we were with our stay at the hotel. We cant recommend this hotel enough for the perfect relaxing stay at a very affordable price.
