This hotel is in trouble. They've been dropped from the Choice Network and cannot honor any online reservations. Furthermore, they will not recognize credit cards and are only accepting cash. I ended up being forced to stay elsewhere and Orbitz is refunding my payment. Beware!

The bed was very soft, but two of the lights didn’t work and many amenities were closed or not functional. Staff was sp**** and I had a very hard time checking out

Our room was dirty. The sofa bed was covered in crumbs and the dirty sheets from the previous occupants. The refrigerator contained hand drank water bottles from the previous guests. When I told the girl at the front desk, she only handed me sheets to change it myself instead of giving us a clean room. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager for two days now to but haven’t received any return phone calls. The thermostat in the room was also broken.
The pool was closed and according to the front desk staff has been closed for months yet the website was not updated to include this information. I was traveling with a slew of young children so a pool was a MUST. There was also no breakfast, just a paper bag with a water bottle and muffin.
The entire stay was unpleasant and eerie. There were only a handful of other guests at the hotel, and the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. I would caution anyone from studying here.
