After staying in Murcia for several days, the Seven Crown Western Hotel is an old store newly renovated. The whole room is relatively brief and cozy, and it is relatively comfortable to live in. It's not far from the cathedral, and it's very convenient to walk in less than 10 minutes. The price is high, and the cleaning service is very good. El hotel, con el marchamo de calidad de la marca, cumple las expectativas de cualquier viajero tanto de ocio como de negocio ofreciendo un alojamiento de máximo confort, desayuno de calidad (con tipo tipo de huevos al gusto recién hechos) y alimentos light. La oferta gastronómica no la probé en esta ocasión pero el servicio de bar si, muy profesional y atento. Dispone de aparcamiento to de pago si bien en la entrada se puede aparcar sin coste (plazas limitadas). Tuve un pequeño problema durante la estancia que fue solucionado por el personal técnico y en el que la Directora se ocupó personalmente en solucionar, muy amable y eficaz. Sin duda volveré en mi próxima visita a Murcia y lo recomiendo. Enhorabuena a la Directora por semejante equipo que dirige y a ella misma por su diligencia.

easy to find the perfect hotel. parking underground parking ( fee ) only fault we could find was the view from a window which was of crashed cars ?? really staff in hotel very helpful. ideal if your going to the bullring only a ten-minute walk which is flat but what I would say is have a chat with hotel staff before you set off as sat nav took us via a very poor and run-down area and would defo not feel safe at night walking back to hotel stick to the main road and you should be fine. didn't dine so do not comment would we stay here again yes if going to a concert at bullring! as a footnote i would say beds are so so hard like sleeping on concrete?

The experience and stay here has been very good, it was the second time I came here with my partner and this time has been better than the previous one. The room was very clean and the hotel was very comfortable. The room was still smoking, even though it was a non-smoking room, as I was here for the first time. The dryer you have to be pressing a button all the time and at the end your fingers are tired, and at least in our last room there was no swab in the bathroom, so I couldn't slip my hair in front of the mirror. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

To say that this hotel was disappointing is an understatement. We arrived at around 10:45 pm on June 5th. When we arrived, we asked if there were any places open to eat. They informed us that their restaurant closed in 15 minutes, so they couldn’t help us. We asked if they could recommend someplace to which they responded that we could walk 20 minutes “that way” and maybe something would be open. No offer of calling a taxi, nothing. We were underwhelmed with the staff already, but when the elevator door opened, we were hit with a smell that I can only describe as dirty gym socks. Then we opened our room. The ever present odor remained, but we were greeted with a whole new set of issues. It was hot, and there was no way to regulate the air. There was a poorly patched hole on the wall inside the door with some brown substance smeared/dripped down the wall. The curtain was shredded as if a cat had been hanging from it. There were broken tiles in the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken (when you sat on it, it slid to the right). One tile was so loose next to the bathroom door that my husband almost lost his balance. Mirrors were dirty. There were lipstick prints on the windows. One of the most disturbing things was that when I picked up the hairdryer, it was sticky. So gross. So, the next morning, we got up to get breakfast only to find out there was no breakfast menu. Also, no lunch menu. So, we did have a tea and a croissant while we watched the kids at the daycare that functions outside of the hotel interact. That was the best part of the experience. During breakfast, we booked another hotel in town. We left for the day. We stopped by and checked into our new hotel which is lovely. We returned to Sercotel to retrieve our bags and check out. So, we paid for four nights in advance. We stayed one; that’s how bad this place is. Also, to add insult to insult, when we checked out, they tried to charge us $44. I told them that we paid in full in advance. The clerk suggested that maybe we had dinner!!!!! NOPE!!! In the end, they couldn’t explain the $44 charge and told us we didn’t have to pay it. Gee. Thanks for not charging us money that we didn’t owe you. Do yourself a favor. Never. Ever. Book. Here.
