房間挺大，設施比較老舊燈有壞的，門鎖在門上鬆鬆垮垮的都害怕一使勁就掉下來在屋內反鎖不上，水龍頭水流很小找來維修師傅修理後恢復，客房阿姨很棒有求必應，

位置還是不錯，但是房間空調不好用晚上很冷，wifi更是不行，早餐並沒有很豐富，總體來説就一般，在牡丹江來説感覺不值這個價，但是勝在樓下的汗蒸真的是不錯

隔音極差，晚上可以聽到隔壁説話。房間裏面的燈好像壞了好久不換一樣，特別暗。早餐真的評價不了，7點開始7點去吃的早餐，大部分都是涼的，好像昨晚剩下的東西。

總體來説還是可以的，位置不錯，離火車站很近，從火車站來16路202路一會就到了，就是衞生差點，房間地毯是都是臟東西，衞生間櫃子上也都是污漬，我們買的是不含早的，想去吃早飯，花錢吧，人家説不行，後來客房部的小姐姐打電話，才讓我進去吃，誰家大早上吃炒菜呀，就算了，餐廳服務人員態度真的不好。

房間空調不太好用，前台服務員很貼心，幫忙拿了電暖風，服務員阿姨服務給滿分，回得晚，半夜洗澡時發現沒熱水，懶得再去麻煩前台直接睡了，預訂的幾天，因為設施太差直接改第二天退房，酒店拒絕退單，酒店服務給零分，最後多虧平台幫助才退了單，平台服務給滿分。

房間很空，這麼大個地方床擠在小角落，電視是壞的，門鎖不能反鎖沒啥安全感，設備不齊，一次性拖鞋吹風機全是我們去前台問了才給的，全是暖色小燈沒有大燈，一個房間放了整整七張椅子我也不知道是要幹啥
