Capital O 4s hotel is in Muar, location is ok and the room was clean and comfortable. However, the service was terrible!! when I want to check out about 8.15am(noted there check out AFTER 8am), but there was nobody at the counter, I message @whtapps & called few times also didn't answer the phone, untill 8.45am, she reply and asking me "WHY"??!! and didnt feel sorry at all!!! 🙄🙄😡
