It took 45 minutes to get checked in. I used to work front desk and know that it shouldn't take that long. The property was in great shape....halls, rooms, dining area, front desk. We were awakened all night by other guests letting their doors slam shut. Would be great if there was some way to adjust the tension in the door's arms.

what i didn't like was the outside door at the end of the hallway , when people would come in it all hours of the night into the morning the door slams and wakes you up. This happened all night, so didn't get any sleep. Also when you go into your room and you look on the desk there is a plastic card on what not to do: no smoking and no smoking **** in the rooms. someone was smoking it because i smelt it all night long- it smell like a skunk, since i was up anyways with the door slams.

My stay at Holiday Inn Express Atlanta-Stone Mountain, an IHG Hotel, was a delightful experience. The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of breakfast offerings and room comfort, both of which were excellent. The breakfast spread was diverse and satisfying, providing a great start to each day. The room itself was well-appointed, offering a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. While the location and transportation options posed minor challenges, the overall quality of the stay, coupled with the exceptional breakfast and comfortable accommodations, made my time at the hotel highly enjoyable. I would gladly consider returning for future visits.

This hotel was excellent for the price. Conveniently located. Staff was friendly. A special shout out to Calvin at the front desk was very personable, and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great experience. Easy Check in with happy staff. Room was clean and included a mini fridge and coffee. Great breakfast with choices that met everyone’s needs.

My stay was great! My key card would not work, after numerous attempts, so I went to the desk clerk, he gave me a new key card and walked to the room with me to make sure that it worked. My television wasn’t working properly. The picture was blue. I did report that to the clerk as well. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn’t like the $250 incidental fee because I booked it through a 3rd party.
