The room was bare minimum. TV didn’t work. Musty smell. Pool was closed, which was a reason we made reservations there. No security, as the door on north end of building was open all the time. Beer bottles, cans, cigarette strewn about all over outside. Definitely not worth the price.

I have several photos of damaged throughout the room. The heater vent was filthy and when the heat was operating, it produced a very unpleasant odor. The owner took a screen shot of my credit card information with his personal phone. They were nice folks. However, their way of operating is very archaic.

Website is incorrect, there is no pool or hot tub. It’s under major construction. The heater in our room made a loud bang and started smoking and didn’t work after that. We asked for another room (they were not full, only 6 cars in parking lot) instead he brought in a small space heater. The mattress and pillows had to be as old as the hotel. Very uncomfortable. No soft water. The price should be lowered a lot to reflect what you get. Will never return.

Easy access to facility. Decent parking. Inside, very clean, conducting room updates.
WiFi, lousy. Morning breakfast, gets the job done, nothing steller, but easy and dine. Proprietor very helpful.

Numerous Hispanics that just hung out in the parking lot playing music loud and drinking all evening. Next morning loud music playing from one of the rooms near ours at 6am.

Terrible place to stay. They have signs all over saying if you break this rule you will be fined so much for each rule. How about they clean up their act. Holes in lampshade, black hair in sink, laminate flooring needed sweeping, bedding dirty black specks all over sheets, walls needed patching, pillows very worn out hard as a rock. Outdated rooms would have been ok if the place was clean. A total dump not worth what they charge.

Not happy about our stay at Eastwood. They lost my reservations. Thankfully they had a room available, The room was comfortable enough. The floor was dirty under the beds. My Grandchildren found a cigarette & some red capsules under the bed. The shower curtain had many holes in it. I did report that & it was changed immediately. The pool was cold & had gravel & some other sediment on the bottom.
In the morning the staff tried to enter our room with her keys. Thankfully I had the extra lock flipped across so she couldn't enter. She quickly said she was there to tell us check-out was 11am. It was only 9:30am. We won't ever stay there again.
