The hotel was staying for a few days (3 nights). Hotel is 2*, but no 3 The room was cleaned every day (at least tried), changed the towels every day. Tomorrow we had a room, cooked it and brought the same girl as the room was cleaning. Breakfasts are quite scarce, you can choose 2 dishes per person and drink. The floor is curved, the beds are not exactly standing if we lie as the beds are standing, the head below the feet - that is not good. The room was cold (was in September, from the window dulo, the windows old). Our room was also staff rooms. The staff was not embarrassed that behind the wall the guests were noisy, smoked. But, after the comments, a little calm. The plumbing is all old as well, the room needs repair. But, we saw one other room a little bit, there was much better than ours. Here, apparently, lucky. Because we came to the room only to sleep, that is in principle tolerable. But the hotel I will definitely not advise and I will not go back there anymore). We got on the stock and paid 10,000 for two for 3 nights and 4 days, I believe that this amount is justified but not more. Very close to Red Square, it is a undeniable plus.

It is a very economical hotel, the room is small, the bathroom is small, the sheets are old, but there is no smell of smoke. But the economy is very good, and it is no problem to travel alone for a short time. The sound insulation is particularly poor. This is the most dissatisfied time for Trip.com to book a room. Trip.com has not arranged a field trip. The hotel address in the middle of the night can not be found. I finally asked, and I can't see the name of the hotel. Later, an old lady came down to talk with the duck. I didn't speak English. I went to the room. A thousand and a few hundred rooms are shown in the picture. It feels similar to a domestic express hotel, except for a better location. The housing price is too low.

The hotel is located in the very center of Moscow, clean and comfortable yard. In step-by-step access, Red Square, Arbat, GUM, Nikolskaya and other tourist attractions of Moscow. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. The hotel is responsive and attentive staff. Rest in the luxury room. Beautiful design, cleanliness, convenient furniture, a bathroom with a large corner bath, a large comfortable bed and a chair-bed in a separate passage room, snow towels and lingerie, a refrigerator and 2 TV. View from the window to the yard with a restaurant where music is live every evening. Hotel staff thank you for the reception! Definitely come back! We will recommend to your friends!

Ужасный отель, и персонал крайне недостойно себя ведущий. Недаром номерам дана оценка 2,4 из 5. 1. Номер предполагал особый дизайн, видимо - вся мебель (за исключением маленького шкафа/высокой тумбы) - из крашенных чёрной краской паллет. Но сделано очень грубо. 2. Очень пыльно и грязно везде. Номер не убирают нормально месяцами. Кроме пыли в любой щели / не прямой поверхности это подтверждает трубка для анаши, которая мило лежит на картине сверху и уже тоже припорошена пылью. 3. Корпус выключателям полотенцесушителя разбит, часть висит в воздухе, видны провода. 4. На фото, при бронировании на «островке» (ужасный сервис, но об этом отдельно) в номере должно было быть 16 кв. м., ванна (её не оказалось), рабочее место (за него пытались выдать три кусочка паллет, полбенных друг на душа и сверху прикрытых черным плексигласом). Фото были совершенно другого номера. 5. Ко всему - маленькие, несоразмерные простыни, которые с дырками. Наволочки тоже. 6. Кондиционер включать боязно - он точно не обслуживался годами - на нем нормально так пыли. 7. Окно закрывается только с хорошего удара. Заухали в отель рано утром, после поезда, на номер особо не выглянули - ну концептуальный, и ладно, успели немного поспать, уехали по делам, вернулись поздно, опять легли с супругой спать. Утром очухались, начали сверять условия брони и полученное, начали замечать всё больше косяков. На просьбу вернуть часть денег как компенсацию за несоответствие полученного на заявили - вы поднялись и заселились, значит, вас все устроило. На то, что при бронировании было другое описание - было сказано что-то типа «ну типа, не знаем, денег не вернём». Очень позабавило, что когда мы предъявляли претензию, что нету рабочего места, нам говорили: «так есть же журнальный столик!». На предложение подняться в номер 310 и посмотреть на тот столик и как можно за ним работать, администратор потупила глаза и сказала «я знаю как выглядит этот номер, я туда не пойду». Т.е. откровенно врали. Крайне рекомендуем отель, но только если Вы хотите получить ужасный номер и проблемы с персоналом.
