La Maison Residence

First of all, the location of the hotel itself is a center, but it took over 5 minutes to get off the taxi to find the entrance. Then when we checked in, they said we didn't have the room we booked and they gave us two single rooms. There was no soundproofing at all, so the club or bar next door was so noisy that even with earplugs on, you could hear the sound. In particular, besides the store next door, is it a pub street outside? It's a real legend on Friday and Saturday nights. From the sound of horses walking, busking, drinking and screaming, you can hear them until sunrise. He even gave me a room with a broken heating and brought a radiator with me. The most shocking thing was that it was called housekeeping, so I opened the door and immediately went inside and checked the number of blankets and pillows and went out. Is that a lie? It's real. A friend of mine was listening to a lecture on Zoom, but he said he didn't make a sound, so he was walking around with his fingers. I thought it was a real hidden camera. A person is lying on the bed naked, but they just come in and check the number of blankets and pillows right? On the last day, I asked the housekeeping counter to do it, and when I left, I paid an additional fee of 500 rubles. Do you not understand English? So I told the cleaning lady and they did it. It's a really great hotel. Go twice, everyone.

Very convenient location, quiet place, decent rooms. A small cozy hotel located on the third floor. There is an elevator. The Kaif restaurant is located nearby. You can order food to your room. Price quality is excellent. We were captivated by the crisp white sheets.

After reading the reviews we booked this hotel. 2 days (with early check-in) came out to a little more than 20tr. We checked into a room next to the reception (((you could hear all the conversations. The furniture was tired, it was very cold. There were 2 bags of tea😂 when I asked for more, they brought one (and that was already before departure) but this is nonsense. If you want to come after long walks and relax, it’s definitely not here 🤦‍♀️ 2 nights of terrible yelling, different music from all sides. Horses under the windows... surprised of course) I come back tired and exhausted. Not from walking. Breakfast is a separate issue altogether. It would be better if we didn’t take it. Well, yes, there is fish. But that’s all. Some kind of strange egg. I didn’t eat without bread (toast). I asked for coffee, but there was no milk. Well, ok. So, we went to the cafe for breakfast.

Very good location, room was clean, staff were friendly. The only negative for me is the lack of a comfortable table in the room for working on a laptop. Otherwise everything is ok, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel.
