We arrived after a 10 hour drive. The doors to the lobby were locked. After driving around to look for another entrance, I knocked on the door for 10 minutes, with no answer. Just as I was finding a phone number to call, someone appeared in the lobby and walked to the door and opened the door. It turned out that this was another guest. After walking in, there was nobody at the front desk. I rang the service bell repeatedly, and a worker finally came out. It should not take 20 minutes to get into a hotel that I had reserved. I can understand locking the door for safety reasons, but why was nobody monitoring the door? Not the way I wanted to end a long day of traveling. The mattresses felt like sleeping on cardboard. The pillows were very comfortable, to their credit.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. He noticed that I wore a mask, so he told me about his sanitation procedures. Smart!

We needed a place to stay late at night. They don't accept walk ins after 11, which is totally fine. That had nothing to do with my review. The hotel room was average to below average, I couldn't close the curtains other than the sheer one, and it was a ground floor room. It seemed clean but I wouldn't walk in it with a black light. it was fine for the night, but $90 doesn't get you very far in a hotel these days. The bed was fine. Nothing special. There was no blanket only a comforter. Usually that's just a decoration. Nothing special. I wouldn't choose to stay here again if I had a choice.

It's a quiet place, convenient but they have to purchase more plates for lunch time. Saying that you don't have more plates to a customer, it's not good to hear. Beside that, it''s good place.

Broken tv that wouldnt work even after plugging it in, filthy room that still had trash (used dirty cups) laying on the floor left by the last person. Stained sheets, floor left my feet black after stepping on the carpet in my bare feet, bathtub looked like it was falling apart. Will not ever stay here again and last time i use *******.

It was very nice and quiet. The front desk attendant was excellent and courteous. My check in was quick and flawless.. I would definitely come back
