We rested in this hotel with our family from 04/30 to 05/04/2023, my husband and I were in the same room, and my mother-in-law was the other, the rooms were almost identical, with a few exceptions, there was no refrigerator in the mother-in-law's room, and in ours there was no table with chairs, which I was in my mother-in-law's room. Let's start with the positives of the hotel, very large and comfortable beds, which could accommodate up to 4 people, the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness of the rooms, the air conditioning works perfectly, there is food and drink delivery to the rooms, excellent location around the hotel there are many eateries, cafes and restaurants with a huge gastronomic variety, boutiques and shops with clothes, shoes, souvenirs, pharmacies, there are many currency exchange points nearby, a metro station. And now the cons: our rooms overlooked the hotel lobby, which is why the room was almost always semi-dark, which created a depressing state and we had to constantly be there with the lights on, there was no hair dryer in the rooms. Another inconvenient nuance was that only one electronic key (card) was given per room, but without this card you could not even take the elevator to your floor, because to ride the elevator you also had to put the key inside the elevator before choosing the floor , and without this, the elevator simply didn’t go anywhere, but even if you try to drive with another hotel guest using his card, you won’t be able to set several floors, the elevator will drop you off on the guest’s floor, so my husband and I had to go out everywhere together, since the second one is just could not get to the floor or to the room without this electronic key.

An old hotel in the old city of Monterey, looks like a large Chinese bathing center, we live in the main building, the interior decoration and furniture are the traditional European style; Hotel location is OK, it is in the combination of the old city and the old residential area, looking at the traditional residential area is a bit shabby, there are some begging people on the nearby streets; It is recommended to live in the hotel near the central square in the old town (see the square in my picture 5, 6, 7) and better; the hotel breakfast has traditional Mexican cuisine. In the pedestrian street near the old town square, there are 2 small Chinese restaurants, opened by Cantonese, which are more affordable.

We made reservations at this hotel because it is next to Cintermex where we attended a conference. What a great choice! Not only was it convenient for attending the conference, but it is also next to the lovely Fundidora Park and various must-do activities. The staff was very nice and super helpful!

It was a great discovery. Normally most of them are hosted in the holiday inn fusion or in Antarctica, but you have to know this new hotel. It is new, modern, with very cool and young decoration. The staff very friendly and amen. Ideal for when you go to concerts or Fundora. Under the hotel is the restaurant Anacua that is of sea and is another option to discover. The views are beautiful from the room and are very comfortable, practical and very nice. We will certainly return. The hotel is located on the side of the Monterrey Arena which is Madero street, but there is a pedestrian bridge. There is a street that is not very safe at simple sight but is completely illuminated at night, and there is also another new building that is almost changing the most modern area. One comment: Try to put more photos of the hotel on the internet because when looking for them, the patterns and photos of other Hilton hotels in the US have made us doubt for a moment to book online. The hotel is beautiful and I still think you need to know it more.
At Hyatt Place Monterrey Valle hotel you will find an ideal space for your rest in our spacious and comfortable rooms with sofa beds, an exclusive area for work and a modern bathroom. I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The hotel is new, very clean, well maintained, and (mostly) quiet. (I was in a room next to the elevator and for some reason on one night the elevator kept dinging its arrival...even if it wasn't arriving on my floor). I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. My only challenge--and this is not the hotel's fault--was getting Uber pickups. The app autocorrects for pickup at the building behind the hotel which isn't a big deal but was annoying initially.

First of all, the room as a whole is OK, the forced and the facilities are very luxurious, that is, the wardrobe lights need to be turned off at the door, it is not convenient to get up in the middle of the night, and the lights are a bit sleepless.
Secondly, I live on the 10th floor 1018, my colleague 11th floor 1117, all belong to the side of the road, I don't know if it is Easter or other reasons, the people in the next room have been hid for two nights, and they are still jingling at two or three in the middle of the night. . .
Designed to become the home for sophisticated travelers, groups, and families, our hotel offers memorable experiences for gastronomy, social events, business meetings, and recreation. This is a nice e hotel, with a great interior design, and very comfortable spaces. Located in Valley Oriente mall in San Pedro, NL, its a great option if you are visiting Monterrey, as is conveniently located and in a very secure area. There are plenty of dinner options nearby, and the site restaurant and bar are good options as well. The only but i see in the room design is that the water closet is not completely enclosed.

Had a 4 night's stay here, in fact, I am writing this at the hotel just prior to our departure. I am a Hilton gold member and have stayed at quite a few of their properties, especially in Latin America, where I reside. Pros- - Complimentary breakfast is better than most places. The ladies working in the restaurant area could not have been friendlier or more efficient.Beds/linens are excellent, as are the showers and shower pressure (on the 5th floor!) - Location literally next door to a shopping complex with a few restaurants, a Mcdonald's, bar, grocery store, bank, etc. - Uber drivers are very easy in and out and the cost is very reasonable from this location to the highlights of the city (i.e. high-end shopping, restaurants, parks, etc.), nominally 49-89 pesos each way. Cons- - Well below par front desk. Called two days early to ask about early check-in, as our flight landed at 9 am. We were told it should not be a problem as the hotel did not appear to be crowded. We arrived and were told no early check-ins, but they would call us when a room was available. We went out on the town and never received a call. Returned at 3 pm, but no room yet. We were provided one about 10 minutes later. No acknowledgment of our gold status, no complimentary water, no explanation of breakfast/points. No nothing. Sad and left a bad taste, but they continued along these lines. A few days later I needed some change for tips for the breakfast employees and room service. Oh no, they don't do that here. I need to go to a bank! Wow. - Had 2 power outages while we were here. The front desk could not confirm if they had a generator backup, or if it just did not work. One was at 6 pm for an hour or so, and then another at about 9 pm for another hour or so. Power outages happen, but I don't think I have ever stayed at a supposed higher-end property without a power backup. Also, the stairways became an instant safety hazard as three (out of 7) of the emergency lights in one stairwell did not work, and two did not work in the other stairwell that we used (trying to avoid the dark first stairwell as we did not want to use our cell phone flashlights to navigate down/up the stairs again). I informed the front desk of this safety hazard and was informed that they were busy. We will not be returning to this property, this being the second Hilton in a row with well below standard services, especially in the area of my family's safety, Why a company would put such effort into having me attain a repeat customer status at their hotel by issuing me a credit card, emails, offering discounts, free stays, etc. and then completely ignoring the fact I have spent money to attain that status is beyond me. We will not be returning to this property, and I will be switching to another hotel provider's ”special” customer program to see if I can actually be treated that way.

If you are going to visit Monterrey, this is a PERFECT place to stay. My first visit was to visit the American Embassy to renew my passport. I arrived at the hotel early, without a lot of questions, they gave me my room key. Some hotels don’t or won’t allow you to check in until 3 PM. As I was speaking to the young lady about my request for the top floor, she noticed my accent and offered to speak English. Later, I found a lot of people working there, spoke English. The room was great, clean, well appointed, a view of the mountains and the shopping mall across the street. It was also very quiet, which helps because I’m a light sleeper. Below, in the same complex were a few restaurants, a specialty hamburger place called Holy Cow, a Buffalo Wild Wings, a salad place and a steak house. In the mall, there’s a PF Chaings with odd hours, a Shake Shack and a few others. The hotel arranged a taxi for my trip to the Embassy the next day. The driver, kind and courteous. If all hotels were this accommodating, why would you stay home? This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in, regardless of price. One last note, I briefly spoke to Hugo, the general manager, it proved my thoughts, the hotel and employees are a direct reflection of the management. Thank You Hugo. Great Job, Well done!

The hotel is very close to the airport in taxi stays in 5 minutes, I arrived at midnight and they served me very well and very quickly. The rooms are quite clean, and the days I hosted were always going to clean the room, you find a flat and hair dryer which is good for those we can need them, The hotel was very comfortable and it was very comfortable.

Outstanding
GGuest UserVery good and warm service made me feel warm in a strange city. Most of the staff of the hotel speak English. Even if they don't speak it, they will call English speakers to help. The restaurant upstairs is cheap and delicious. The scenery is also good. The room is very clean. I will clean the hotel every day. It's also very lively downstairs and nearby. Very recommended!!
GGuest UserFriendly staff. But as other has mention, the hotel need a renovation. -The worst thing in the hotel is the old carpet, it seems like its been there uncleaned for 20years. I did not want to touch the carpet without socks. Please just remove it or deep clean it regularly. -AC fan could only turn on on MAX speed or not at all, not possible to sleep with that loud thing on. -Furniture is pretty old and scuffed. In general hotel could do some good with a renovation -breakfast area was really hot, it was cooler just outside the breakfast area than inside. -Breakfast options is pretty limited, got pretty tired of the eggs real quick. -The gym is really small and limited, and some equipment was damaged when I was there, No free weights. -The location is pretty bad. It is in the outskirts of the city, you are limited to a very few restaurants in the area that you can walk too. +You have a Wallmart close by, that is a plus. +The TV in the room is large and you get free water +Free parking +It was pretty cheap One thing that really bothered me was a picture in google maps photo for this hotel with a supernice renovated room was shown, this was CLEARLY not from this hotel and I feelt a little bit scammed from that picture. Compare to other Marriott hotels I stayed at, this does not live up to the Marriott standard at all. I would rate this 2 out of 5. I would not return to this hotel.
GGuest UserLocated 5 minutes away from downtown Monterrey and right by a medical center, this hotel has a lot to offer. I was here for an eye exam and it was such a convenience staying right next to the center. Instead of going out for something to eat, I was able to Uber Eats the food to the hotel. Front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Room is clean. I would definitely stay again!
This is a nearly perfect business hotel. The rates are good, location is nice, accommodations are modern and the views were a very pleasant surprise. During the holidays they had a nice festive atmosphere in the lobby. The primary reason for the 4 stars is that as a business hotel, breakfast needs to start at 6 am. We, along with many others, were lined up and waiting for the breakfast to open each morning. For many of us, our meetings start at 8 am and Monterrey is our base point so we will have to travel to the sites. 30 minutes can make all the difference from relaxed to rushed. Otherwise, I highly recommend this very good hotel.
It is a very good location, clean, with comfortable beds, very good attention and above all, with a rich lunch, made at the moment and the taste of every person. The only thing that's uncomfortable is parking, because the space is small, for when you're driving a big truck.
I arrived late from the airport and struggled through a restless night as the hotel is on a very busy thoroughfare. Trucks go by all night and the windows provide almost no insulation from the noise. Add to that internet kept dropping. My room was at the end of a very long hall so perhaps I was just too far from the router. The fan in the bathroom sounded like a passing train and went on automatically when you turned on the light so I ended up using the bathroom in the dark. In the morning I asked if I could change my room and was told to check availability later that day. When I returned early evening I was told that someone would bring a key up to my room and help me move. After over an hour I went back to reception desk. The woman searched rooms but the two she offered had similar locations; one room was actually worse since it was across the hall from whatever machinery controlled temperature in the hotel and it sounded like a power plant. After standing there for some time the manager came out and intervened. I was given a slight upgrade and a room that faced the side road. It was much quieter! Internet was a little better but not by a lot—very slow and tough to stream. I'd hoped to watch some evening sessions from the conference I was attending but no such luck. As to other aspects of the stay—breakfast buffet is pretty uninspired and pretty unappealing although the woman at the grill was great. Coffee was undrinkable unless you like dark water. The rooms (even the upgraded one) are very basic—bed, cable TV (CNN came through with a lot of interference in the upgraded room), towels, shampoo, body lotion, two bottles of water. No tissues. I had to ask for a hair dryer at the desk. No extras. On the plus side, the hotel is very clean!
LLaofangfangThe facilities are very new, clean and hygienic, the service is attentive and considerate, the breakfast is rich, and the price is high. It is the first choice for business trips.
LLolita VLa habitación es muy acogedora, sin ruido y todo muy limpio, justo para un fin de semana relajado. Dentro del precio, el mejor hotel, cerca de negocios, plazas y demás. Recomendado si viajas a Monterrey
GGuest UserI loved the service, the amenities, and the facilities. I could not take my breakfast because of time and personal activities. anyways I enjoyed my stay in that hotel. furthermore, I like the idea of having coffee since 3 a.m.
