Elisa Chatzivasiliadou + friends Wonderful experience! I don't know what to say first! A beautiful hotel, clean, spacious, wonderful smiling people and helpful. Sufficiently equipped spaces, traditional rooms with modern touches. The breakfast is handmade, rich, handmade jams, omelets from the chef and tarts made the same day. The lobby of the restaurant, the common area is wonderful, a large fireplace dominates the center, sofas and armchairs in different arrangements serve to relax and rest the visitor. The pool table proved to be a lifesaver for the teenagers in our party, while the lovely staff took care of our drinks. The pool area is clean and beautiful, complementing the beauty of the landscape. The outdoor space is lovely, lush and well-kept. Tranquility, relaxation, the embodiment of ”dolce far niente”, in an idyllic landscape. Our stay there will be unforgettable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfection achieved in every aspect of the hotel. Everything is beautiful and virtually perfect - from the hotel grounds, to our beautiful room, to the pool that overlooks the surrounding vineyards, and to the staff. The kitchen should be awarded a Michelin star - had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing and may have been the best meal we had in Italy (but priced well below the value of the meal). Have recommended to all my friends as a must try. Also, cannot beat the location within Tuscany. Short drive to all must see places from Montalcino to San Gimignano to Firenze and so on.

This is truly one of the nicest hotel stays I have ever experienced. It is such an elegant resort, spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Our room was in a little ”dovecot” type building and was huge with a separate sitting room/dressing room area and ultra-modern and spacious bathroom. The one thing that set this resort apart from me was the peace and quiet, you literally don't hear a sound apart from an odd car passing but that's it. No loud music, no one shouting or messing at the pool, it was all just very civilized but in a casual way. The staff were really lovely, particularly Luca at the bar area who made the most fabulous Limoncello cocktails for me pre-dinner each evening. Another massive plus for the resort was its proximity to the small town of Colle di Val d'Elsa, when I was researching where to stay in Tuscany I noticed that most of the very nice resorts were outside of towns, this was literally a 5 minute walk or 1-2 minutes by car. The town itself was typically charming with a lovely piazza/square which had some restaurants and bars, a supermarket and a chemist as well as some other small shops. All in all, it was such a memorable and pleasant stay for us, we will definitely return :)
