Con mio marito ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso l hotel Alassio ed è stata un ottima esperienza. Dal momento del nostro arrivo la signora Helga ha fatto di tutto per garantire il massimo confort. La stanza era in perfetto ordine ed arredata con gusto . Abbiamo cenato presso il loro ristorante ed è stata una vera scoperta. Prodotti di qualità con alternanza di piatti tradizionali ed innovativi. Bravi!!!

I proprietari e tutto lo staff ci hanno coccolato e fatto sentire a casa. La signora Helga ci ha suggerito Borghi da visitare veramente splendidi. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e la confortevolezza della stanza, inoltre l’hotel dispone di un ristorante eccellente dove ho mangiato ottimi piatti e una panzanella indimenticabile. Grazie per la vostra gentilezza e professionalità.

Splendida accoglienza, ci siamo sentiti praticamente a casa. Helga é gentile e sempre disponibile. Ottima la pulizia e le comodità della stanza. Notevole il ristorante, dove si mangia benissimo. Ci veniamo da anni e sicuramente ci torneremo.

Hotel situato in un bel palazzetto d'epoca. Ho soggiornato nelle camere situate al terzo piano ed indiscutibilmente necessitano di una ristrutturata. Cio' non toglie che mi sia sentito a casa e coccolato. Pulizia impeccabile, gentilezza e cordialita' fanno di questo hotel il loro punto di forza. Colazione con prodotti ottimi, abbondante e sicuramente appagante. Confido che la Sir.ra Helga (propietaria dell'hotel) continui l'opera di ristrutturazione delle camere (gia' fatta al primo piano), portando cosi' l'hotel ad essere un riferimento per chi voglia trascorrere qualche giorno a Montecatini.

Sono stata a Montecatini per un weekend per poter visitare le Terme della cittadina. Ho scelto di fermarmi all’Hotel Alassio e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. Hotel a conduzione familiare con stanze comode e dotate dei comfort necessari (asciugacapelli, linea di cortesia per il bagno etc). Struttura molto pulita, con un’attenzione verso il cliente incredibile: non ci si sente, appunto, clienti di una struttura ricettiva, ma ospiti. Lo staff, e in particolare Helga, di una cordialità senza eguali. Vi faranno sentire a casa. Non dimenticare di provare il ristorante dell’hotel! Piatti tipici toscani, formaggi, salumi, cacciagione e un dolce della casa. Una struttura veramente di qualità!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni a Montecatini all'hotel Alassio, siamo stati davvero bene. La proprietaria Helga è davvero gentilissima e ti fa sentire a casa. La struttura è molto pulita. Colazione ottima con prodotti artigianali (crostate ottime). Il ristorante è il fiore all'occhiello, pietanze particolari con prezzi accessibilissimi. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non va, forse i bagni andrebbero modernizzati. Nel complesso comunque ottima struttura per rapporto qualità/prezzo.
