Splendid Hotel la Torre

I don't recommend going to Palermo at all. All the hotels near the beach are old there ((And this hotel too. I haven’t rested in such old hotels for a long time. The only thing that saved this room was the view of the sea. But it was overshadowed by the fact that we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant was partially It was blocking the view.You had to walk about 1 km to the beach.But the views and nature of the hotel are really beautiful!Waves crashing on stones, flowers, mountains.The color of the water 😍 I must say that the room was not at all cheap.We paid 224 dollars per night Despite the fact that, for example, in Finland or Poland, we lived in rooms for $ 100, which were many times better than this. In addition, due to the fact that we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant blocked our view of sea, so every evening when people came to the restaurant for dinner, we were forced to listen to this hubbub, noise for 3 hours.The only thing that was good about this hotel was its staff.Always very friendly and smiling.They brought us to room iron immediately as soon as I asked. I ordered a taxi for us and printed our plane tickets. However, at the beginning, before our check-in, there was a strange situation at the reception. For some reason, at 11 am, the manager took our passports and said that he would return them only at 8 pm. Why does he need our passports for such a long period? Usually they are simply copied and given back immediately. I wanted to fight already. But when I offered him the copies made by me in advance, he returned our passports. The breakfasts were delicious, buffet style. The water temperature in the shower changed by itself. You could never be sure that it would be constantly warm. By itself, she became either cold or hot. Inconvenient to wash. Repairs, carpets, furniture - almost everything in this hotel is old. Only the staff and the sea view were good. Thanks to the staff for the warm welcome! It's not their fault that the hotel needs an update.

We ended up choosing this hotel and were pleasantly surprised. Since we were first given a room facing the parking lot and we weren't satisfied, we got a nice room. Politeness and humor are required. The view and the pool (salt water) is great. There was a wide choice for breakfast. You could squeeze fresh orange juice yourself. Salads, tomatoes, various croissants. lemon graniti. No vending machine coffee. Fresh tablecloths always.

Because it was off-season, there were no restaurants or supermarkets. The ocean view was very cold. This hotel has a great view. In particular, front manager Melina was friendly and skilled.

Very dated structure, the rooms are large but we had the garden view room and unfortunately it was full of mosquitoes, the entrance door would not close and the electronic keys never worked. Only nice thing is its location with amazing view and private access to the sea, clean pool and very friendly pool staff!

風景如畫，面朝大海的房間，即使不很大也不會覺得。服務很專業，打掃及時。要是非説不滿足的是早餐可以再多些選擇。不過我們去時是淡季，情有可原。
