This is the worst hotel. Dirty, food is diabolical and a complete shambles. Only been here a day and desperate to leave. Room is dirty. All sunbeds are broken, took 20 mins to get 4 unbroken beds. Plug sockets hanging out of sockets, literally fatal if touched. Music round pool is incredibly loud and poor quality. Don't know what else to say really. Do not book to stay here. 4* my @@@@!!!!

Overall the experience was great, the animation team was out this world Chris - Dali - Jackson - tayzon - fredy and Ali gave us the best days in the park, I think there needs to be a better selection of food for kiddies in the restaurant and spiders under the beds needs to be rid of before guest arrive, but only little things really, I would defo go again, in actual face we got home yesterday and are booking again, just a note easyJet you were amazing from flights to customer service. Amazing place would recommend to all.

Just returned from a weeks stay with my husband and toddler. The resort is beautiful. Very clean and the cleaners work hard all day to keep it clean and tidy. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the reception to the guy who helped take suitcases, cleaners to the restaurant staff, waiters, beach guards and everyone in between - thank you so much for looking after us and your hospitality. There were endless options to eat at the International buffet restaurant and we tried 2 of the a la carte restaurants which were absolutely delicious and top notch. There was plenty to do in the resort, both for adults and kids. My toddler loved the kids water slides and pool and lazy river. He loved the games in the lobby area too There was also kids entertainment on pretty much daily. My husband enjoyed the adult pool and slides and did archery. There is a spa on site which I did not get chance to go to. There is a bus stop directly outside the resort which takes you to sousse for less than £1 for 2 adults and a child!! There are a couple of shops selling lovely items in the resort, might be cheaper to go to the actual markets outside of the resort but good for those who don't want to leave the resort. My favourite things were the burger bar and pasta bar. I loved the olive, chilli and garlic pasta the chef made! And the dessert bar was great, really tasty icecreams and pancakes with chocolate and bakeries usually on offer in the afternoons too. I loved the friendliness of the Tunisian people, even outside of the resort people were so helpful...giving directions and helping with the pushchair etc. Beautiful grounds with so much on offer (football court, golf, archery, fitness things on daily). My little one enjoyed the foam party in the pool. Only thing I'd say in terms of improving is WiFi wasn't available in all places, in our room you'd have to go in certain parts to catch the WiFi and the pillows were abit too bulky for me! Also didn't get a duvet which when we were staying was still a little cold at night (I personally always needs a duvet)! Thank you again

A pleasant stay. The beach is nice, the pools were freezing. The staff are lovely. The food was good but a bit repetitive as it tends to be in these resorts. Make sure you take cash to exchange as you can't do it on card in the hotel as I found it. The staff in the dining hall are lovely, and if you sit in the same area each day, the staff there will have your table ready with drinks for you. The WiFi only really works when you are near the reception and even then it's not great.

Just returned from a week's stay at the hotel and a bit of a mixed bag of feelings on this hotel. The hotel grounds itself are maintained nicely, clean and tidy and easy to get around. The hotel room we had was nice, clean and had WiFi, despite other reviews saying there was none, and in fact most areas in the resort you could pick up a signal fairly easily. I had some worries on the quality of the food from previous reviews, and yes there were some debatable dishes, some that didn't have much flavour, but there is always something to eat, and the beach bar in my opinion had the nicest food, and by the end of the week, I couldn't stomach 3 full meals a day anymore and opted for the snacks instead. The aqua park snacks are good for a quick fill. The pool areas are nice, plenty of sunbeds, but would imagine during high season it could be more of an issue. Tipping does help to a certain extent, and I tipped when they actually went out of their way to go above and beyond which is how a tip should be, not to bribe to get service. Staff were friendly, but struggled to understand English in most cases, and French seems to be the language they are most comfortable with. Entertainment is a bit hit and miss, not really my cup of tea, quite slapstick and poorly put together, but entertaining just for this. It seemed as though the kids loved the entertainment team and the resort dances. The thing I was least impressed with was the lack of alcohol in the drinks, its weak to non existent. I don't drink alot and I would have expected 7 vodka and cokes to have some effect on me, but nothing, so had to deal with this as you can't buy any out of resort to bring back due to the religious aspect of the country, and they wanted to charge 89 quid for a bottle of jack daniels and top shelf spirits (they don't sell shots just bottles of spirits). Advice is to stock up on some duty free at the airport before you get to the hotel if you want a decent drink. It's not a bad hotel/holiday for the price I paid and certainly didn't expect 5 star. Would I go again? Maybe if the price was as cheap as I got before, but not my first choice to return to.

The rooms weren’t ready until 3 hours after we arrived it was chaos the hotel is grubby and tatty not the best after hanging around all that time we were put in a little bungalow building hell of a walk away from the main building so breakfast is gona be an effort the bungalow is nice but we walked in opens the curtain and the whole thing fell on the floor no fridge no kettle went and complained they said it will be sorted come back after a hike to reception and the tv also doesn’t work very dissatisfied and disappointed we have been to Tunisia many times so are used it it but this is the worst place I’ve stayed

Absolutely cannot fault this hotel. So clean and ALL the staff are fantastic. From the cleaning staff of the rooms and restaurant, to the entertainment staff who put on the most amazing shows, especially the greatest showman, and work really long days. The beach bar is great and open 24/7 and the guy who looks after the beach is so friendly. The photographer is phenomenal and everyone should buy his photos, he is fantastic with the children and gets beautiful photos for a fraction of UK prices. The food is lovely and so much choice, the coffee is great too!! Breakfast, lunch and tea...alot of choice and suits fussy children too - but always try the tunisian corner, the food is delicious and easily missed with so many cuisines catered for!!! I have no negatives....only wish we had stayed for another week!!!

Really nice hotel but beware onsite scams. This is quite a complex one to write as I genuinely loved the hotel’s amenities and really couldn’t fault them for the price. There are multiple pools, 3 on site restaurants and food and drink available at all hours of the day. As a vegan I usually worry I’ll be left with chips most days but there were actually a refreshing number of healthy vegetable based options available at lunch and dinner (breakfast was a no go tho). The rooms were again really nice for the price, we had a view of the adults pool and were right by the beach. The staff were really nice, would recommend tipping to get better service but I genuinely really liked a lot of them and had a great week. I also used the spa which was really decent too and well priced for what you get. There’s also a good kids club area and the water slides. Negatives would be that unfortunately the hotel operates some scams. The standard price of a taxi to sousse was around 8 dinar and similar to monastir. You couldnt order bolt to the hotel or access it on the wifi( which is available in both those cities) you could only book through reception who try to charge between 30-40 dinar. One day a return trip to Monastir was quoted as 140 dinar. i said to the receptionist this was a scam and she just laughed and shrugged her shoulders. they have a few taxis 'on the grift' waiting outside at all times. It's unavoidable unfortunately unless you book Tui/EasyJet day trips. More reputable hotels had a 'no taxis' sign and allowed Bolt. There's also a scam tour company called Ali Baba Caravane operating on site who delivers low quality high price experiences. There are two guys on site at all hours of the day who come and sit with you at meals or by the pool and try and get you to buy. I don't know why the hotel allows this as it has a negative effect on guest experience. These guys are persistent and annoying but will leave you alone after 4-5 days. I would strongly recommend using Tui to book any day trips as they are high quality, reputable and well priced. Overall a mjxed bag but a very memorable visit!
