Two points of complaint: there were too many group guests for breakfast, which squeezed all the seats in the restaurant, and individual guests had to retreat and wait for the group guests to leave before going to have breakfast; there was not enough bottled water in the guest room, and if you want a few more bottles, you need to pay RMB 3/bottle, and it is paid to the waiter personally. I don’t understand it. Why can’t you give a few more bottles of water for a room price of more than 700 yuan?
