It's affordable, the laundry room is 24 hours a day, and there are many parking spaces in the parking lot. It should be free because I didn't rent a car. Not only did I see parking for large trucks, but there were also parking for speedboats. Old Americans really know how to play!

Heating unit made loud noise making it hard to sleep. We asked for it to be checked, but nothing happened.
Shower was cold.
Glitter on the floor; carpeting.

Our room should’ve been ready by 3, we talked to them at 1. We tried at 6:45 and it still wasn’t ready. Finally on our 3rd attempt we had a room, but it had a dirty ashtray in there, stuff on the floor and a window open.

Insanely overpriced!!!!
The free breakfast is a complete over exaggeration of the actual truth. It includes coffee and granola bars.
The key pad for the door closest to the main road did not work. This is where our room was, so we had to basically walk around the building to the front door.
The hallways smelled funny.
The room was very cool, I couldn't get it to warm up, and there were no extra pillows or blankets.
I would not have minded any of these issues if the hotel was a $100/night type of place, but when you are charging rates more expensive than some fancy hotels I've stayed at in downtown Chicago and other places.......start acting like it!!!

Old musty smell in room. Severely damaged furniture. Rust on wall grates. Sticky carpet. Bed frame stuck out and a trip hazard. The smell was the worst.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful.
The condition of the room showed that it has seen better days. There was food left from another guest in the fridge. The exterior of the fridge had rust spots on the doors.

The lobby smelled horrible. The room was okay. the bedding was horrendous. It was like 2 flat sheets. The carpet had stains all over it

The room was in bad shape. Bathroom & kitchen needed a lot of work. We would jave asked for another room but they were sold out. Don't know that a different room would have been any better!
