I liked that the price was right for our family. It was close to many restaurants and it was close to Notre Dame. The staff was very friendly. We had two rooms. I called early in the day to get our rooms side by side. They said they had rooms set aside for our request, however, when we tried the keys to one of our rooms, they didn’t work. Turns out the lock was broken on the room and had not been fixed. Therefore, our second room was three doors down from our other room. One room had sprinkles from cookies on a shelf from a previous guest. So the shelves had not been cleaned. The second room had an odor that resembled a locker room. We stay at home 2 suites frequently. This one was just okay.

We liked everything except the bed. It was rather small for a queen, my best guess is it was a full.

Overall our stay was just okay, the hotel was really beautiful on the outside and the lobby. But when it came to the room,there was a coffee spill on the hallway side of our entry door to our room that tons of housekeepers walked past and never cleaned. And our floor carpet tiles were popped up off the ground in a few spots creating a tripping hazard. There were also some rust spots in the shower. The pool is also super tiny, and there's no hot tub, which there wasn't advertised to be one to be fair, but its just odd to have such an expensive hotel and be missing amenities that cheap hotels have. I don't think I would choose to stay here again, the price is not worth the condition of the room, at least in my experience.

I was very surprised how great the rooms were. Full sized fridge, plates, cups ,utinsels, etc. Staff was friendly and hlvery helpful, and breakfast was also very good

We needed to change rooms because our first room had a noisy clanking fan in the air conditioning unit. The second room was lovely. The staff was helpful and responsive, regarding the issue.

I love having a kitchen in every room that I stay in at Home 2 Suites. This is my favorite place to stay when I’m driving from Chicago to Cleveland and need to stop.

Great location! Quiet hotel with comfortable beds. It seems recently renovated and is cute. The breakfast was adequate. The biggest drawback was that the hotel is sorely understaffed. One worker was taking care of huge breakfast crowds (teen baseball teams were staying at the hotel). No housekeeping unless requested. The pool seemed old with stagnant water so that was disappointing. We would stay again knowing the limitations though. The staff we did encounter was very friendly and nice - just need more!!!

This is our 2nd time staying in a Home2 Suites. They are a good value for the money. I always love the modern colorful decor and the complimentary breakfast!
