優點：
性價比高，免費停車，房間在一樓，出入方便，周邊有超市和餐飲、吃喝方便。
房間乾淨整潔，裝修簡單，兩張1.8米大床房適合4個人或一家人居住。兩張大床分別在兩間，衞生間很大，也有浴缸。
需要定期檢查維修：
浴室不足是乾濕隔離的浴室玻璃門密封條脱落，洗澡時水會流在外面，地面會濕滑，花灑應該被水鹼堵了七七八八水流不太順暢，小花灑的支架鬆動掛不住，洗着洗着就歪下來了。
電腦桌的鼠標墊太臟，耳機破損有點兒跟房間不匹配。
無線網絡很慢

首先，房間的地暖太熱了，就算穿短袖短褲也根本受不了，空調也是一點都不冷，睡着熱的要死；
其次，前台在快到退房時間的時候提前打電話通知還有20分鐘到點，然後在20分鐘之內退房的時候，又説系統有問題所以要算超時，要扣20按金，系統有問題不應該是酒店自己的問題嗎？還扣按金
