We were settled in this hotel, to say that I was very happy-it's nothing to say!! The hall is chic, cool, everywhere are coolers, couchs. Resepshn- too at height! Girls have foreign languages. Elevators are fast, clean with mirrors. I was alone in the room. TV, phone, refrigerator, air conditioner. In the bathroom everything is clean, towels and underwear are given. You could go for breakfast if you wanted. Bar on the first floor. Shops and subways next to you. In a word- service, as if I visited abroad! I put five stars out of five, of course I recommend to stop here!! Olga.

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Rest at the hotel in August 2023, chose at the location, wanted to live in the center. Not mistaken - the location of the hotel is excellent, beautiful street, a lot of cafes and bars, close to the metro. The hotel itself is just magnificent: high ceilings, stylish interior, lots of colors, art of objects. polite staff - and administrators and maids. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.

Excellent hotel with good location. Price / quality is super. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large and spacious. The abundance of wood in the interior creates comfort. I used to stay in chain hotels and was hostage to an inconvenient location, now I will stay here. TVs are not the newest, the remote did not work in my room, but tolerable.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.

A very decent hotel, good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the center (Victory Park, Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, Gallery shopping center, Sports Palace), 10 minutes to the Molodezhnaya metro station. There is a large supermarket ”Korona” nearby, there is a parking lot next to the hotel. The rooms are simple, modest, but clean and tidy. TV, refrigerator, shower, hairdryer, everything worked. Soap, shampoo, constantly added, cleaning was daily. Comfortable soft bed. Wifi is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always trying to help. Very hearty breakfasts in the restaurant. There is a fairly good sauna, with a Russian and Finnish steam room, a swimming pool, billiards, a relaxation room. Nearby is the airfield ”Belarusian Yard” with cozy gazebos where it's nice to sit in the evening. The kebab is excellent :) Of the minuses: there is no elevator, which in principle is not critical, but it will be difficult for people with large luggage, the elderly and the disabled; no cups in the room, it’s good that they had their own (a kettle was immediately provided upon request); a bit dark in the corridors, perhaps saving electricity, but still. You can install motion sensors; The sauna has a very shabby sofa, it's good that there was something to cover.
