Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

After reading these reviews, I was a bit hesitant to book a room here, but then I decided that if I was going to visit Belarus, I might as well have a true Soviet experience. My fears were unfounded. Since Belarus is now opening up to tourism, they’ve probably listened to the feedback and made improvements. Shabby rooms? Mine was newly renovated (superior single room) and clean. WiFi worked great. Bed was very comfortable. Terrible breakfast? Not at all. It was similar each morning, but good. Fried eggs, either ham or sausage, toast, tea/coffee, etc., prepared and served by a very friendly waiter. Far-flung location? Not really. It’s true that it’s not on the main boulevard with the metro stops, but a 10-15 walk away. I found that walk interesting, with lots of local residents around walking their dogs, waiting for the tram, etc. Non-English speaking staff? Everybody I encountered had a basic level of English, and if there were any communication issues, they would use Google translate. All were friendly and smiling. Upon check-out, one woman even came out to help me bargain the taxi fare to the airport and then she told me to make sure to let everybody know that Belarus is great to visit! Budget-friendly and clean. Soviet in name only. Recommended!

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

The distance between the hotel and the office is at least three kilometers. The office is not easy to find, there is no sign. Asked a few talents to find the door of the office, only a few doorbells to open a door for a female reception. Brought to the crowded small office upstairs, gave the room key and an address after paying a cleaning fee of 10 rubles. She didn't look far on the map, she asked if she wanted a taxi. The location is great, the hotel has a long history, the decoration style is very distinctive, and it comes with free breakfast. But apart from that, I think there is really no advantage. The room facilities are simple and very cold. The temperature of the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by yourself, and the heating is the same as nothing. No disposable slippers, no disposable toothbrushes. I had to walk barefoot in the room. The room was cold and I caught a cold after three days of staying. The electric kettle feels like a product from 20 years ago. Really the facilities in the room are too rudimentary, saying that it is Samsung and I feel like living in a guest house. .

Added to girls for reception, brought everything you needed! Visit the restaurant on the first floor, in another building. This accommodation looks pretty good when you first look at the photos, but the actual environment is quite different from what you imagined. First of all, it is too small, and the corridors between rooms are too narrow. It can be said that it is worse than Japan and Hong Kong, and the light is darker! More importantly, the receptionist was unfriendly and even criticized me when I checked out. It was clearly agreed that the check-out time would be between 12 and 13, but when I arrived at 12 or 10, he insisted that I was late to hand over the room. If you affect the stay of others, you will have to pay liquidated damages! After I refused to argue with reason, they reluctantly let me go... It's really annoying.
