Hotels with Spa in Minsk

The hotel is nice and the room was perfectly clean on both occasions I was there. The staff was fine. The bar was small but had a nice selection of beverages. The location is nice, there are several restaurants and other places nearby. Overall, a good experience.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking opposite. Spacious rooms, just a tired renovation, would refresh. Old plumbing, furniture. Breakfast was not taken, nothing to say.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

We had a late departure and when a couple of hours before leaving the hotel there was no congratulations, I came to the resepshen to ask. After my question, “Is something on my birthday?” the staff began to convince me that from the morning they would bring a chiccake / sparkling (then they didn't agree) and everything would be super. In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. Usually, in all hotels with hands and feet are ready to pick up the customer, but apparently not here. I bet 4, because birthday once a year and not for all guests it is relevant. And location, breakfast, rooms are wonderful.

MORE THIS NOGH! I lived in the hotel for a week. The only plus of this institution - really spacious rooms with a good view. This positive ends. The most important - awful service - just worse nowhere! From the recipes to the spa administrators.Everywhere the attitude is hammocky, all requests are reacting aggressively, just bottom! Cavrolin in the room is dirty with spots, did not dust in the room at any time, although I have repeatedly asked for this, the water was put, then no, neither pens, notebooks, nor a chip in the room you will not find. Hairdressing, hoods, toothing also on request. Breakfast is scarce. Diagnosis is wild SOVOC. Until you have interviewed the staff and properly prepare them for the customer work, no chic look will help you.

It was a truly beautiful and modern and well equipped place.. everything went well.. I do however feel like myself and my partner has gotten itchy skin at sleeping.. don’t know why because all the linens were clean.. maybe the bed needs treatment.. it is a comfortable place and bed. I only have a photo of the door.. but it’s on my other phone and will update.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. They decided to go to the aquapark, themselves not from Minsk, so the choice fell to the aqua-minsk hotel. In general not bad. Because there were 4 adults, chose the bungalow.
