Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. This hotel certainly demonstrates a high level of attention-to-detail in every way. Extremely friendly and courteous staff that goes above-and-beyond, however unfortunately it would be impossible to list all the names of the staff that well exceeded our expectations. The food was high quality and exceptional as well as the food service staff. Check-in was extremely easy thanks to the friendliness of the front desk staff that allowed us an early check-in on arrival (kindly note that this benefit is not always available). Everything at the hotel is clean and well maintained. The pool and associated amenities are among the best that we have experienced in any hotel; relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. The hotel is well situated within close proximity to many attractions including the large and impeccably clean Minsk Aqua Park. The rooms are spacious and house keeping staff very accommodating. The price is extremely affordable in comparison to other more expensive hotels that don't measure up to this hotel's level (and we have stayed in many hotels around the world). We would highly recommend this hotel for your visit to Minsk for either business or pleasure!

The first time I went to Belarus, I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the city center, very close to the famous Red Ribbon Shopping Center. It is very convenient for shopping. The indoor environment of the hotel is good, and the view is very good. You can see Lagoon of tears, a swimming pool and fitness club are very good, and the breakfast is rich. The disadvantage is: there is no anti-lock device on the door, which gives people a sense of insecurity. Because some minor incidents happened, a few men on the same floor watched them. They knocked on the door at night, called to harass them, and suffered a little fright. Later, I asked to change the room. The room I changed was a bit cold, and the facilities in the room were a bit outdated. The overall experience was not bad!

We chose the Planet Hotel for a stop in Minsk on our 30th anniversary of living together. very comfortable hotel. Beautiful view of the avenue, park, river. We asked for the 12th floor and were very pleased with the view from the panoramic windows. Liked the breakfast buffet. Excellent staff throughout the hotel. Thank you. We will recommend to friends.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

MORE THIS NOGH! I lived in the hotel for a week. The only plus of this institution - really spacious rooms with a good view. This positive ends. The most important - awful service - just worse nowhere! From the recipes to the spa administrators.Everywhere the attitude is hammocky, all requests are reacting aggressively, just bottom! Cavrolin in the room is dirty with spots, did not dust in the room at any time, although I have repeatedly asked for this, the water was put, then no, neither pens, notebooks, nor a chip in the room you will not find. Hairdressing, hoods, toothing also on request. Breakfast is scarce. Diagnosis is wild SOVOC. Until you have interviewed the staff and properly prepare them for the customer work, no chic look will help you.

The reception staff was good, friendly and helpful. But the other bar and restaurant staff could not speak much English, the room cleaning was as clean as hell at first glance, but my money fell under the bed and when I wanted to pick it up, I was disgusted when I saw the condom garbage used by the previous guests. When I opened the window, the window edge and sill were very dirty and full of stains. .I have been a hotelier for 35 years, the lack of room service and the lack of a minibar fridge in the room were major shortcomings.

The room facilities are simple and very cold. The temperature of the air conditioner cannot be adjusted by yourself, and the heating is the same as nothing. No disposable slippers, no disposable toothbrushes. I had to walk barefoot in the room. The room was cold and I caught a cold after three days of staying. The hotel itself is just magnificent: high ceilings, stylish interior, lots of colors, art of objects. polite staff - and administrators and maids. Always kind, smiley, attentive, immediately at our request, changed the room, offered a late departure. We lived in family neighbouring rooms 208 and 209. The best impression from the room is : cosy, perfectly clean, quiet, comfortable beds, snowy lingerie, aroma cosmetics in the shower. In the evenings, the compliment is given: chocolate of the author's work with good wishes. Beautiful and diverse breakfasts are served on the terrace. Thank you for your care, prosperity for your hotel! I definitely want to go back to such a hotel.

I really liked this hostel. Why? 1.Excellent location. I walked all over and easy came back here. Lovely spot by a lake and near the historic area and churches. Tons of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket just a minute walk away. 2.Good value. 3.Impeccably clean. 4.Lots of common areas including spaces for eating, preparing food (not a full kitchen, but microwave use), working, meetings, piano, etc. 5.An excellent cafe. 6.Staff that were very helpful. 7.Good wifi. 8.24 checkin. (I arrived at like 2am.) 9.My private room w shared bath/toilet was very comfortable and a good size. I have no complaints really and would stay there again.

Location is very strategic , near with some of recreational objects. You can buy groceries at supermarket around there, there's many good restaurant with affordable prices, and you can change your money to Rubel in the money changer at supermarket. The rate is good. The room of apartment is good enough for 3 ppl. More than that will be cramped. The bath room is so clean, hot and cold water is good , and the washing machine works properly. The owner provides us transfer service to and from airport, with a good tariff. And the driver is so kind. Maybe the only one minus poin, is no elevator to go to 5th floor 😄. But fortunately we were helped by the driver to bring up our luggage.
