Location is great for someone who need to go to the airport. It’s like 10 mins walk to Itami airport (ITM). The room is spacious. Bathroom is also huge with a lot of amenities. Just keep in mind this is a love hotel :)

Very good location, just next to Esaka metro station, staff can speak English, there are water filling stations at every floor for drinking, clean and descent hotel, there are numerous shops for eating, shopping below. There are also super market.

This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

Salle de bain en cabine comme souvent au Japon, avec une marche assez haute (marchepied à disposition). Très bon petit déjeuner avec un grand choix (américain, européen, japonais, chinois). Plusieurs restaurants de niveaux variés. Situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Jûsô qui vous permet d'avoir accès à l'ensemble du réseau train-métro d'Osaka.

The new brand hotel of the Palace Hotel opened in July, so I was able to stay at a good price using GoTo. The location is just outside Dojima underground street. Is this the standard of Japanese service? I don't understand. There are also non-Japanese service staff. They look like South Asians. Their English is not very good. I asked him to add a quilt, but he didn't understand quilt and duvet. In the end, he gave me a blanket. I was really embarrassed. Some Japanese front desk staff are not very friendly to Chinese people, but they are very enthusiastic to Koreans. I heard that there are many Koreans in Osaka, and I can't tell whether I met her fellow countrymen. The room cleaning is weird. If the guests don't specifically ask for a comprehensive cleaning of the room, it is basically not cleaned. They only change towels and add bottled water. Summary: It is more suitable for young couples to travel, and you can enjoy the Sky Spa. It is not suitable for families with children. The hotel reservation system is not well connected with China. If you want to earn money from Chinese people, you should show some serious service awareness. Otherwise, just honestly collect money from Koreans. That's all!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the subway station and shopping mall. The surrounding atmosphere is very comfortable and the air is good. The room price is cheap, the room is clean, the bathroom is spacious, and it is very comfortable. I will stay here again in the future.

I was reading reviews prior to booking and they all said “small” but the room is like perfectly fine especially for Japan. The staff was friendly and welcoming ready to help with all questions. On the second floor is vending machines that sell cool drink and alcohol and there are washing machines onsite with a microwave in the same room. They change the towels everyday and make the bed etc but deep clean every 3 days for longer staying guests. The subway is called NAGATA you exit through exit 1 it’s literally 100 ft away you can see it as you exit. So convenient. There is also a car park on site . Will Definitely return.
