Location is great for someone who need to go to the airport. It’s like 10 mins walk to Itami airport (ITM). The room is spacious. Bathroom is also huge with a lot of amenities. Just keep in mind this is a love hotel :)

This is not the first time we stay at Karaksa joint. After our previous stay at Karaksa Saporro, we decided to try in Osaka. If you take exit 4 from Shin-Osaka Station, you can take a 3 minute walk to Karaksa Shin Osaka Tower Hotel. Reception is at 2nd floor, it was quick service and easy. We reserved 2 bed and 3 bed , total of 2 rooms connecting. It was convenient for party of 5 travelers. The amenities including electric converter was provided in the room. What we like about Karaksa is the bed, bathroom, and room is very confortable. English translated system on TV, AC and Laundry as well. 4 laundry machines with coins in located at 4th floor. Very convenient. During the rainy days, towels are provided at the entrance for free. You can also monitor the status of the laundry machine as well. What a service, we love it We love staying at this hotel, definitely recomended for family stay.

Plusieurs restaurants de niveaux variés. Situé à 7 minutes à pied de la gare de Jûsô qui vous permet d'avoir accès à l'ensemble du réseau train-métro d'Osaka.

Some Japanese front desk staff are not very friendly to Chinese people, but they are very enthusiastic to Koreans. If the guests don't specifically ask for a comprehensive cleaning of the room, it is basically not cleaned. They only change towels and add bottled water. Summary: It is more suitable for young couples to travel, and you can enjoy the Sky Spa. It is not suitable for families with children. The hotel reservation system is not well connected with China. If you want to earn money from Chinese people, you should show some serious service awareness. Otherwise, just honestly collect money from Koreans. That's all!

Good location and there is much space in the room for the luggages. Only is no room tidy service even i got four nights stay, and only found two bottles of water in the first day, but not found again. It is easy to get water in 7-11 which is convenient everywhere

It’s a traditional nice and classic 5star hotel near Osaka-jo. My friend and I went to Osaka for fan meeting, the venue (TT hall) is just less than 10mins walk from hotel. There is a 7-11 nearby if you want to buy any supper at night. The room is big and clean with all the amenities we want during this short trip.
