The room was alright. Not too stylish but it was clean. Breakfast was good and partly hot. Overall a good hotel for the price

Person checking us in was wonderful. There was an issue in our room that we were notified about as we checked in. The pullout does not work. They offered a roll in bed, but it is only a twin, after I asked what size it would be. I have two kids and a twin bed for two children won’t work. I understand there was an issue with something, but there are other rooms or a compensation as I paid for a king and a queen, not a king and a twin.
In the pool area, it was highly chlorinated. Around 8 pm a group of college students arrived drunk and started playing volleyball which kicked out the rest of the little kids from the pool.
It’s not quiet hours yet, but I’m not overly confident that it will be quiet with the amount of running and screaming that is happening outside.

Overall good stay. Very nice lobby area. Comfortable beds and nice breakfast. We used the pool, hot tub and gym and they were fine. We reserved a room that sleeps 7 people (we had 5) and there were only 4 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. I had to go to the desk and ask for more. Every time we went past the front desk there was no one readily available, so when checking in and when I had to ask for the towels etc. you would have to stand and wait for staff to come out. I noticed that for everyone. But the staff was pleasant when they were helping. It would be nice to have someone visible there most of the time.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. Rate was reasonable per night, room was pretty good. Pets that I did see were all very well behaved. I liked the rules of 10 pm to 7 am quiet hours and had no complaints on room noise. Room was cleaned during my stay and everything looked after they were done.
Only issue I came across was the toilet rocked, asked for it to be fixed, looked to have been fixed, but still rocked. Did a follow up and hopefully the issue was resolved for the next customer.
Will be back again for future stays. Great location as well, easy to get to main roads to get almost anywhere.

The room was great, no issues at all. However, when we went swimming the hot tub had gross hair in it and seemed dirty. Also the water wasn’t hot. The hot tub was disappointing. Other than that, our stay was great!

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast could use more bananas, and the Chobani yogurt kept running out. Would be nice to keep more of both in stock for guests. Gym water fountain filters needed to be changed.
Pool area was nice and the spa just the right temperature😀

Really clean, friendly staff, lot's of parking which we needed for our 26ft uhaul pulling a trailer for our car! The food at the tavern across the parking lot was fantastic and such great service too. Highly recommend this property!!

A go-to for us in the St. Paul area. Clean, comfortable and nice pool area. Only wish the coffee was better. It is pretty bad. They do have a Keurig in the room, though!

Comfortable clean rm. Breakfast was okay. Great pool area for the whole family including littles. Bathroom cleanliness/condition was lacking. Also pull out couch bed was alittle wonky. We absolutely love staying in Woodbury.
