Very good service once we arrived the hotel. Chinese & some overseas staffs normally can communicate in English, Chinese & Japanese. Comfort room & private spa. we enjoy.

A very good suite. I have never stayed in such a large room in Japan. It is more than 90 square meters. It is clean and tidy. There is an outdoor swimming pool and an indoor swimming pool in the room. Since we had two children, we only charged an additional 10,000 yen per person, which included two additional children's breakfasts. There is a waiter who can speak Chinese and the service is considerate and thoughtful.

From check-in, we were treated with utmost hospitality.
Since I came from Korea, conversation is difficult.
It's not difficult to talk with a translator.
You can relax in a quiet location with Mt. Aso in the background.
There is a private bath, and there is a separate large bath.
I think 2 nights would have been better.
I am really satisfied.

The waiter has a very good attitude, good English skills and easy communication. The outdoor hot spring environment is elegant, and the breakfast and dinner are also very good. If I go there next time, I will book a hotel with an independent hot spring.

一步入酒店，就受到熱情的招待。服務員笑容滿面，說話有禮，用簡單英語溝通完全沒問題。酒店不是新的，但保養得很好，整潔舒適，令人容易放鬆休息。面向阿蘇山，景色甚美。房間大，房內有私人溫泉，晚餐豐富味美。離阿蘇中岳約半小時車程，若包車或自駕遊，十分推薦。
