the room are very new, large, clean and comfortable hotel. i love the private onsen bath tub at the balcony facing the river, it is very relaxing. the daily breakfast was good, we can choose western or japanese set the day before. dinner menu was delicious and nice presentation.

Rooms are very new and large in Japan standard. Bath tub in the balcony facing the river is very relaxing. Dinner is not as good as expected but breakfast is great.

We had a super great stay. Especially the food was very very good. As well was the Onsen. It would have been great with a bar or place where we could hang out after dinner

Clean, comfortable hotel with Pte bath, indoor n outdoor onsens with good view of the Tone River. The daily breakfast was great, we can order western or Japanese set the day before. Dinner menu was delicious with good choices and nice presentation of the food. Dinner is about 6 courses. This hotel was only opened in Nov 22, well kept with auto checking in and checking out. They provide shuttle bus to station at 9.15/10.15 in the morning and pick up services at Jomokagen station at 14:55/15:55 hours. Overall, v happy to have chosen this hotel. Highly recommended.

I loved that I had my own onsen. As a tourist I'm not comfortable going to public onsen so this was the best. I loved soaking in the privacy of my own room. This hotel was the best. The staff, the food, and the view! Loved everything about this hotel.

Cosy, clean n beautiful onsen hotel, with good facilities, excellent breakfasts (western n Japanese set). The dinner was excellent, well presentation. The staff was friendly and helpful, going beyond extra miles to assist us in our enquiries and sightseeings. The hotel provides shuttle service at 9:15/10:15 in the morning, 14:55/15:55 in the afternoon.

Everything was wonderful! Restaurant was a bit bright and the noise really carried throughout but that's just splitting hairs, the food was excellent.

I was looking for a hotel with an open-air bath, and this was my first visit to Minakami. The staff were friendly and the food was delicious, so I was very satisfied!

I stayed here for two nights. Perhaps because the staff at the front desk spoke poor Japanese, it was difficult to understand the explanation of the facilities to guests. Even though there is a large public bath, there was no explanation of it and I was only asked about meal times. Even if you can check by scanning a QR code, I wonder if that is the best for everyone. From the perspective of cleanliness, it is beyond comprehension that the trash is not taken out or cleaning is not done until the third day for a two-night stay. Even if it is up to the guest whether or not to change the linens, at the very least, bed making and trash taking are done in any overseas hotel. Please reconsider this point.

The staff were all smiling and the food was delicious. I would like to come back to this inn. I will never forget the starry sky from the terrace. Of course, the hot water was great.

The room was clean, but for some reason there was dust flying around. The food was perfect in terms of taste and quantity. I was able to enjoy the hot springs at my leisure, both in my room and in the large public bath. The basket used to go from the room to the large public bath was great! The loungewear used in the building was also very nice.

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly enough. I like service that is not excessive. It's a shame that there are few facilities in the surrounding area, but this is unrelated to the hotel so it is not included in the rating. Some people have complained about the food, but considering that each room has its own hot spring for this price, I think it is quite good value for money. As other people have commented, the hot spring in the room has a slightly strong chlorine smell, but it is clean, including the room. The only drawback is that the hot spring bath in the room is small.

It's a comfortable inn. It has a simple feel, with no waste left and only the essentials left behind, but it also has a luxurious a**osphere, with an open-air bath attached to the room, extremely comfortable loungewear, and delicious and stylish food. Ta.

The food was served slowly and deliciously. The open-air bath in the room was also very relaxing. I would also like to go in a different season.
