I honestly was not pleased with the service at check in at all. I arrived to see the check in desk worker laying on the lobby couch and asked him if we could check in. Once he got to his desk he sat down and appeared to be falling asleep at his desk while I was waiting to be checked in. I stood there waiting and saw him fade in and out multiple times. After about 10 mins of this he asked me my name and we finally began the check in process. When we got our fist room there were pizza boxes and dirty sheets. The only thing that saved it from a one star was the great service of the breakfast server.

Overall, a decent place to stay however, the room was not fully cleaned and it had a musty smell coming from the bathroom. The service was okay but good have been better.

Having no dedicated parking was not good, I travel alone and the fact I had to walk 2 blocks to get to my car was ridiculous. I understand the "self-serve " ideas for snacks etc.. but it gave me a very hands off customer service vibe.

The floors in our room could have used a good scrub, they were a bit sticky! So glad my husband did some research and found parking for $8 over the $25 parking that the front desk recommended. Very quiet building.

Really great hotel! The staff were friendly and it was clean and near some nice restaurants. Grwat breakfast. Very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again.

overall just a bad experience. whoever was above us was banging on or we were below the laundry room. room service kept knocking especially like 5 minutes before check out.
