We like staying at this property because of the attached restaurant and lounge (but, it was closed for remodeling....had we known, may have selected a different site).
We were disappointed with the sparse offerings at breakfast.

It was a fine hotel for one night to get to the airport (great price, 15 minutes to airport). Room was shabby, dingy carpet with holes- could use a sprucing up with updates. Room was for five (reservation for five) but only had two queen beds. When asked about the picture of online with sleeper sofa they said they weren’t available. Not sure where the miscommunication was as we needed to sleep five. We ended up with rollaway bed for an extra $10 a night. Continental breakfast was typical and perfect for the kids before hitting the road. I can’t say I’d stay here again but if looking for an inexpensive option by the hotel this works.

I hope you like thin walls. They are thin. You will hear people walking above you. The mattress is old and very stiff; you can feel springs in your back. The attached restaurant was shut down due to remodel same goes for the pool and hot tub. When I asked about it they responded with “ it’s on our website” we did not book on their website. She responded with “then you should have book on our actual site then and you would have known.”

Room door was open, pop machine broken, hot tub and pool closed (#1 reason for booking here) No microwave only 3 pillows on a king sized bed. Clerk at desk was not friendly. Room had a very small tv. Won't stay here again. Will be sure to call hotels booked through ******* to verify that the pool and hot tub are open and not under remodel.

Place is lacking general maintenance. Our bathroom door was impossible to close and opening was no easier. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and holes in the very outdated desk chair. Wrong cooffee pods for the in room coffee maker. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's just the minor details that are being overlooked.

Very disappointed- we went there for a birthday this weekend to spend time in the pool to find it closed for remodeling - they said it’s in the description so read careful it’s in policies - I did not see it. The shower hot water is lukewarm at best, and breakfast was pretty empty and the restaurant you get the $10 credit is also closed also for remodeling . The staff were very nice but just disappointed that we traveled and our plans didn’t work out.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Nice location. Close to shopping center and restaurants. Only negative was the breakfast did not include a meat or eggs.
