設施：主題單間，是真的很“單”，浴缸在房間就算了，馬桶也沒個衞生間，就在房間內……就算獨自一人住也不希望自己臭自己呀，是不是？燒水壺裡第一壺熱水倒進洗手枱盆，下水管直接掉了，水一路漫到床邊🙈另外不要相信酒店有充電樁！充電樁是古鎮景區公共停車場的，離酒店是很近，但！快充、慢充統統不能用！電網的工作人員説，是景區斷的電。而前台表示不清楚充電樁不能用，我則對這種表述表示懷疑！充電樁不能用不是一天兩天了，酒店應該在“設施”中把充電樁去掉，不要誤導客人了。我就是通過篩選“有充電樁”而定的酒店。 衞生：和酒店定位相符，還可以，不能要求太高。但樓梯口擺放衞生工具等等細節上還是能看出，酒店的衞生標準是不高的。 環境：小院別有情調，但外部環境一般，景區的砂石停車場讓酒店外部顯得很荒 服務：人手不足應該是服務不到位的主要原因；但服務人員的培訓確實也很欠缺，帶着小孩傍晚到店疲憊不堪，工作人員不是第一時間來迎接新新到店客人，而是選擇先幹完二樓的活兒，三分鐘後下到一樓，又去收打麻將客人的付款，半天搞不定，還是晾着等待辦理入住的客人……第二天退房在前台又找不到人，先後找了兩撥餐廳的阿姨幫忙喊，才喊來工作人員。所以，我稱之為“沒有服務”，希望你們不要覺得冤。

I don't know what the relationship is, the front desk service can't always show kindness, compared with other hotels in Mian County (H Hotel, Marriott Hotel, including B&B Qingshe, I have no comparison with other first-tier cities); 4. There were bugs in the room, and I saw an ant on the bed. I don't know if it was accidental or a lot. This is also the last straw that overwhelmed us and decisively checked out.
