Hotels with Gym and Fitness Centre in Dalat

Right from beginning everything was fine. Absolutely awesome property and nostalgic French property. Climate was absolutely fine inspite of heavy rain for past few days. I first met at reception Ma Kh’anh who explained lucidly everything about Resort along with a cup of ginger tea. She looked after well everything during stay at Ana Mandara. Regarding food I can say they are best for Vietnamese food. Mr Huong is main chef who has splendid Vietnamese recipes and taste of food absolutely fantastic. Resort is located at a serene place which gives plenty of time to relax. Swimming pool is warmed and I swam there couple of times. It’s a typical French colonial property and everything in order. I will highly recommend.

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

I stayed there for two days, and the staff provided very friendly service and even though it was a bit far from the city, there was a free shuttle service to the city. I applied in advance and used it, so I had a great time without much inconvenience. When I woke up in the morning, there were peacocks in front of my door. We were greeted and walked around the resort lake for about 30 minutes. The walking course was also very good. I highly recommend this place to visit again next time.

This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!

The hotel is lovely. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. We had a couple of service glitches at dinner on our first night and the issues were handled professionally. The F&B manager sought us out and addressed them. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine & fruit platter, which was greatly appreciated. The top floor bar is unique in that it doubles as a strawberry nursery. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! Hotel is located in a good location about 10 mins walk from the main square. The hotel is old but recently renovated. I had a big room with balcony facing the road. There is much horning of big vehicles in the morning . My other friends had the rooms facing the opposite side . They hear dog barking continuously throughout the night . Breakfasts served were decent. There is a Highland cofffee place in the hotel.

If you want to live in a room with a golf view, it’s okay. If you live in a room with a mountain view, the environment is average. Overall, this hotel is average. If you don’t have your own car, it’s not recommended to stay. Facilities: General Hygiene: general Good environment good service

We arrived around 19:30 the hotel looks really grand from the outside but I just can’t put my finger on it as this hotel is very weird and just soulless. Some bullet points, big hotel with no idea/ imagination of how to dress it, room’s dated with mould and flaking paint on the walls, I don’t think the pillows case’s had been changed as they smelt of being used, swimming pool is bizarre as it looks as though it’s set out for a wedding function with chairs/tables set around the pool, corridors are dimly lit with eiry music playing looks like it should be in a spooky Hitchcock film, bar still closed due to Covid (seriously), breakfast has lots of choice but is of poor quality and strange choice(best I ate was steamed sweet corn) noodle bar staff were more interested in playing on their phones, staff were polite enough but ? a lack of hospitality training, the hotel is in run down part of town we only realised this as we moved hotels after one night stay and found a lovely place over looking the lake for half the price( money was never the issue) I feel this hotel needs serious investment as it is sadly no where near a 4 * hotel and that’s not me being fussy as Iv traveled extensively in Vietnam and am still touring. They say it was used as a palace by nobles during the French colonial period. The antiques are so pretty and luxurious as they are 100 years old. The place to drink afternoon tea and eat breakfast were very pretty, and the tea was especially delicious, so I bought it. However, there is no elevator;; (Please carry all your luggage with you) and the toilet etc. feels very old. The room ceiling is high so it feels a bit empty, but you can see the lake right in front and it's great for a walk! However, it was difficult because the counter and massage shop staff did not speak English.😂
