Everything inside the hotel was great, it’s just that people really enjoy blaring their music right outside the hotel.
Having a short walk to the beach and a food mart directly across the street was fantastic. Lourdes at the front desk was also very helpful.

Two blocks from the beach and easy access to everything. There is a nice Italian restaurant downstairs. There are many places to eat nearby, and it’s not far from the Havana restaurant, just a few minutes’ walk!

Perfect location, near the beach, Española Way and Lincoln Road, yet the room was really quiet. Great and friendly service at front desk, help with holding luggage after checkout as our flight was at 10:45pm. The resort fee covered beach chairs and towels on the day of our checkout. Comfortable large bed and clean bathroom with a good shower. Our five year old stayed for free in our bed. In short: we got precisely what we wanted for a very decent price!

Nice location and staff was very friendly, but the conditions of the property are just not very good. stained carpet tiles in the room with soft spots in the subfloor which is likely caused by moisture issues. cleaning products trying to cover mildew smell caused me to keep windows cracked the entire stay. cleaning team did fine, its just an uphill battle in such a situation. club next door being loud, wasn't an issue with me, as much as property conditions.

They charged my debit card $36.48 dollars after giving them my card . I had not made any consumption at the hotel. They did not send me a paid bill either so I do not know what they are charging for.
