Friendly staff and location was good

The hotel is very well located for using public transportation, as it is very close to the “North Avenue” stop of MRT3 (which is currently the final stop on the MRT3 line, leading from there southwards along the EDSA highway). Another public transport line, LRT1, can also be reached on foot, only that the nearest station “Roosevelt” was closed in late November / early December 2021, so it will take a while to walk further to the now final stop on that line, “Balintawak”. There is currently construction ongoing for a new line close to the hotel, which I believe will be named MRT7, giving even more connections with public transport (east-wards, out of Quezon City / Metro Manila). Due to the construction, I heard sometimes noise during the night coming from the outside. In about 30 minutes walking distance is the Ninoy Aquino Park, a peaceful place with animals and places for picknick, or simply to rest from the city noise. Also, the Quezon Memorial Circle, another park, can be visited for recreational purposes and is very close to the before-mentioned Ninoy Aquino Park. Due to Covid-19 measurements, breakfast – which was included in the price – was brought to the room. Hotel staff was friendly to me, and I want to thank everyone of the hotel team as well as the security personnel. At the reception desk I was treated well by Jonna, and by the other front desk staff, for which I am thankful.

From breakfast buffet at CASA where we were being accomodated very closely by the staff and checking in on our baby from time to time to make sure he is enjoying his food to the front desk staff who did their best to provide us all our needs during our stay (especially the baby bath tub!). We booked a Superior King room and was upgraded to a Premiere King room that is much bigger. The hotel smells so good. I noticed there was only 1 receptionist in the front office so waiting is expected when checking in and out. The room is basic but it really is spacious. It’s too big for the rate we paid for. The TV is just an LCD TV, not smart. Beddings seem old but they smell good. No bath robes. No slippers. No coffee / tea / sugar but there’s an electric kettle in the room and free water in the hallway. Water pressure is good. Bathroom fixtures seem new. There’s bidet and free toiletries. Only 2 bath towels were provided. Our upgraded room is generous with furnitures. Good internet signal in the room. We’ll certainly go back to this hotel. Take note that there’s a ₱2,000 security deposit upon check in and parking slots are limited. Hotel is walking distance from famous binondo restaurants so if you’re planning for a food trip in binondo, this hotel is my best bet. All hotel staff are accommodating and friendly. We love this hotel.

If you are going somewhere and need to be early for a bus ride in Cubao. Try Astrotel it is very convenient clean and near to a lot of establishment. So for a quick last minute shopping before your trip try Astrotel in Anonas for as low as 400.00 (-$10.00) 12 hours accommodation, have a good sleep and fresh linen.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended
