Cancelled after we arrived no apology nobody on the desk it took us an hour to find out they were going to cancel. Rubbish contact nobody answered the phone really could not be more useless customer service is appalling didn't care about anyone

Apartments were excellent value, very well maintained and spotlessly clean.
Pool area was very good and the staff were also helpful and friendly.

It was a little out of town but fine for arriving back to the hotel after a days work. I could find a bar to have a beer as the lounge area was a bit to formal for my liking to sit and chill out.

Está bem localizado, numa zona mais calma de punta umbria e perto da praia. Os apartamentos não são nada de extraordinários. Uma coisa que gostei é que têm o cuidado de ter um kit com esponja da loiça, pano da loiça e detergente novos para cada hóspede. A limpeza do apartamento não é nada de especial. Numa semana só limparam uma vez, e não muito bem. Deixam levar animais, o que é bom para quem gosta de levar os seus amiguinhos de 4 patas, mas cria mais barulho. O isolamento também não é muito bom.

Estuvimos en Leo III sólo adultos pensando estaría más tranquilo y resulta que en la piscina había música a todas horas desde las 11 de la mañana a más de las 11 de la noche bastante alta, ponen la radio cadena dial y Cadena 100, impide descansar si quieres o escuchar tu música en los cascos. Uno de los días se pusieron a limpiar la piscina a las 8h de la mañana con la pistola de agua a presión haciendo mucho ruido durante hora y media lo menos. No dejan apenas papel higiénico estuvimos 6 días 4 personas, sólo limpiaron una vez el apartamento, No dejan recambio de detergente para limpiar platos. Es caro para el servicio y lo que es realmente son apartamentos muy sencillos y ya un poco viejos.

No me gusta nada. No merece la pena. Demasiado caro para lo que es, viejo y mal cuidado. Higiene pésima las fotos no son lo que luego te encuentras, cuestas interminables, mal ubicado, desvencijado, no recomendable para nada. Es lo que hay..

Deberían cerrarle dicho establecimiento. Cuando hice la reserva con Booking las fotos no corresponde con la realidad del la habitación. Al llegar la habitación estaba llena de suciedad, duchas atascadas, y habitación vieja, un desastre en pocas palabras. No le recomiendo este alojamiento a nadie. No entiendo como pueden tener este tipo de alojamientos en los tiempos que corren para mí el desembolso que hice supone mucho y solo tengo 4 días de vacaciones al año. Cuando yo llegue y me encontré esa habitación no sabía donde menterme. Necesitan arreglar todas las habitaciones o por lo menos las que estén como la Mía. Cucharas en la habitación .

El apartamentonto está bien , pero el sofá no puede ser más incómodo, sin embargo la cama es bastante cómoda. En 4 noches q estuvimos, solo limpiaron y cambiaron toallas 1 solo día. Echamos de menos más limpieza de la estancia y reposición de lavavajillas, geles, papel higiénico... Está realmente cerca de la playa , pero el acceso supuso un problema por la subida q había q hacer hasta llegar a la playa.
