Amazing place, services and facilities, I really recommend it

The room was okay, but the service was not good. When we arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, the front desk clerk was busy with other things and did not let us check in first. After checking in, we were always annoyed when we asked where to go in the elevator. I felt very bad. The breakfast was not good either.

Level structure with particular attention paid to the customer. Free parking is also convenient. I advise.

Easy check in. Airport shuttle was convenient, Restaurant prices were reasonable

The staffs were generally unfriendly, waited the shuttle for 30min at the airport after calling. The room was too hot and didn’t work to change temperature. Only good thing was it’s location near airport.

This hotel is located adjacent to the Bari Airport. We stayed one night prior to our return flights to the US from Bari. The hotel is the equivalent to an airport Sheraton in the US (that's a good thing; we didn't know what to expect at a small city airport like Bari). The room was quite clean. The hotel has free underground parking and a 24-hour on-demand shuttle to the airport (2 min away). We drove into downtown Bari for dinner (worth doing) about 30 minutes away, and then returned our rental car to the airport, using the shuttle to get back to the hotel and return us to the airport very early the next morning to catch our 6:20am flight. The hotel is a good choice if convenience to the airport is needed.

The room furniture is a bit dated. The front desk staff on check out were not friendly. The restaurant dining room looked and felt institutional. The breakfast was good for being free. The gym was outstanding for a hotel gym. The pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic. The shuttle to the airport was on demand and free. What a spectacular added bonus.

Just used as a one night stop over for an early flight. Located near airport, good shuttle and good service at desk.

This hotel is a large business hotel. No charm at all. Room was dirty, limited dining options, but close to airport. City center is approximately 20 minutes by taxi costing around 25 Euros each way.

The staff are fantastic and found the property clean. The breakfast was okay and helpful staff.
