I booked a double room, but the front desk gave me a room with four single beds. The toilet was a bit too big and very difficult to use. But the location of the hotel is very good and impeccable.

The room is very big. Three-bed room. Contact customer service to help us add a bed. The wifi speed needs to be improved. The bathroom is quite big. The quilt is a bit thin. It's about ten minutes' walk from the train station.

There is a bus stop (4L) to Santa Lucia right in front of the hotel, so it is very convenient. I stayed in a twin room, and it was very spacious and clean, so I was satisfied. It's much cheaper than staying in Venice, so I'd like to use it again next time.

I like this hotel very much. It feels safe. The floor is high, the safety factor is high, and it is very convenient to travel. There is a bus opposite the hotel entrance that goes directly to the main island of Venice.

I booked a simple room and they gave me one for disabled people, it had a minibar but without drinks, the bathroom fan didn't work and after the shower even the windows were fogged up only I asked for an electric jug, they told me yes but with a cost of €7 for two nights
