A little disappointed. On arrival room ac did not work. Had to get hotel staff to clean the filter which was full of dust.
There was a stale smell from the carpet, so had to leave patio door open for first 30 minutes each time we arrived. We did not create a fuss since we were only there for 2 nights.
There were all the all the things like microwave, toaster, etc. The location is good with walking distance to restaurants etc.

I wouldn’t say it is good, but it is fair.
Everything here is just ordinary, nothing surprise.
If I come to blue mountain again, I would choose another one for sure.

This is just a motel, location is great. Just a generic motel. Bed was uncomfortable, carpet was badly stained. Would I recommend this place, probably not. Would I stay again, probably not. Location was great. Blue mountains has so much to give.

Great location and facilities. Very friendly staff. I’ve been staying at this places most of times, when I visit blue mountain. The only downside is the bed is too soft for my liking.

I spent one night in a studio apartment whilst passing through the area. Excellent location in Leura village, close to train, shops and restaurants. The apartment had a small kitchenette with microwave. It was clean and spacious. Quiet, no noise from cars or trains. Safe and secure parking and access.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff at reception. Smooth check in process. Room very clean, if a little dated. Bed incredibly hard, however. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

we stayed for 3 days at Leisure Spires and were very pleased with everything, The service was helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. The location was perfect for walking to local shops and the train station. It was quiet and restful.

Needs major cleaning and uplift inside .The place could do with a major spring clean and maybe some painting . Bathroom does not have a fan so window is open during winter
